The people here are very nice and helpful, but every time I've gone in they're out of almost everything. I mean seriously, when the lady was trying to help me with a foundation match we went through five brands because they were out of everything in the shade I needed. Not her fault, and I found something I was happy with, but it makes for a frustrating shopping experience. If you're looking for something specific save time and go straight to Ulta. You'll end up there either way.

Robyn is wonderful. I remembered her from when she used to work at the JCPenny store and I loved her there. I needed a few “staples” and just like the service I received in the past, Robyn was just as friendly, professional and as helpful as I remembered. Awesome service here!

Robyn at this location is always so kind every time I come in here! And many times is helping customers with shopping and checking out at the same time. She is very good at what she does and I hope gets the recognition that she deserves!

The girls there are fantastic! Specifically Robin, she was so helpful and pleasant, she really aided in a wonderful experience. She had great knowledge of each of the products and was so patient with my already awareness of all the products, she spoke to me like we were friends chatting about makeup. She was helpful to my mother as well who really liked her, she wanted to invite her to the wedding we were there for. Overall a great experience, you really have great employees at this location.

You will never receive anything ordered from Kohls.com so don’t waste your money!!!!! Supervisor Monica with id# 6448 is very rude and refused to help!!! Numerous things ordered and have not received any of them so I will dispute with my bank.
