Work has always completed in a timely matter. The work is impeccable. Never had any problems once repairs have been made. Prices well work going to Scotty's. And the crew members are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of every type of care and trucks we bring in. Found this place when we moved here 8 years ago. Will never take our vehicles anywhere else.

Requested to properly mount a electric fuel pump - made a complete mess and service manager Matt told me this was to Mopar standard. Poor Matt was so confused as this overcharged pump has very little sucking power and placing the filter between the gas tank the carb is an industry no no. Have you ever used a mechanic shop that is unprofessional, does a poor job, gaslights their customer, misses promised due dates, and holds your vehicle hostage for payment of a dishonest bill? WELL THIS IS THAT SHOP AND POOR MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP SHOWS NO PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP OR WORKMANSHIP.A complete waste of time and money that is what makes Scotty a poor choice for any auto care service.

They were very slow in getting vehicles through the process. Often just letting vehicles sit over the pit with nothing happening. We waited an absurd amount of time just to get in. Not pleased.

So I took my truck in early this morning. The guy took my name took my truck and then I never heard back from them so I went to go pick it up. Never worked on my truck didn't call me and tell me they never had time to work on my truck never told me that my appointment was on Thursday here it is Tuesday. Do you think that if my appointment was on Thursday they would've told me before I drop my truck off wasted my whole day waiting for my truck and they never worked on it called the manager and manager was like well. Usually they drop it off thinking that will have time to work on it which is a bunch of baloney, because you gotta make an appointment before you can drop off your truck they don't just take drop off. I'm so annoyed what a waste of day.

I know these guys have good reviews, but I didn't feel as though my truck was handled well at all. I was very clear to the rep what I was looking for in an exhaust for my Tundra. I felt the salesman felt annoyed with having to work or something. He didn't seem interested at all in discussing details or my options. What I ended up with welded into my truck is nothing I explained. Instead I have an annoying reverberation in the cab for $550. Not the deep, throaty, but soft(rapless) growl I asked for.I know these things happen, no business is 100%, but I'm not exactly thrilled with my truck.
