What can I say?? Sam's is always a vibe. The things I need in bulk they always have. It's always clean, stocked and the staff is helpful. The prices keep fluctuating but hey we understand inflation... They always have what we need. Plus the kiddos love it here.

Just a little disappointed in my recent purchase of Sam's chicken pot pie. I've been telling friends it is the best. This time however, it seems smaller but the problem is they have cut back on the ingredients. No more large pieces of chicken. Plenty of that good crust and filling but just not as good as it once was. Unless changes are made we won't be buying it again.

the owners should be embarrassed, not from their workers but from the way they let people treat them. as someone who had been a customer here time and time again, i’ve seen the workers here get yelled at from customers for trying to do their job, and i’m sure sams club is quick to blame their own workers. and i’m sure they make some work days at a time, it wouldn’t surprise me. i have seen a worker basically begging to go to lunch at 4 pm before. FOUR PM!! sams club if you are not embarrassed already than you should be. everyone loves to complain about the service but no one talks about if they observe concerning behavior amongst the workers.

strictly by appointment !! ✅ ... Appt 16;00 ... check in 08:44 ... get door 15:41 ... empty 16;57 ... I might say they can easily unload an hour early.. (( it wasn't any truck using those 2 docks doors in a looooong time )) but .... 1st shift doesn't want to do what 2nd must do . .. some parking spot to overnight ??.. nice and clean bathroom ???? .. friendly staff

I've been paying to use my membership here for years and it's been great until my last visit today. The checker at the door (which is a normal annoying position) aggressively stepped back when we showed our receipt. Another employee that was heading out the door asked if she was ok? She very rudley said everyone was messing up and shoving receipts at her...... ummmm, what? That's your job title lady, what do u want us to do? I was not happy with this and probably won't be back again and going to be canceling my membership.

Horrible customer service! Women with blue hair in customer service never acknowledged me in line once and kept answering the phone back to back instead of asking them to hold sense I was physically in front of her. She had 3 calls while I waited and didn't look up once to even say I'll be right there. Terrible. Other then that the place is great! But why pay to be in a place that the main face of customer care treats you so passively.

WARNING: I got ripped of with the Sam's Club Master Card offer. I had been offered several times to get their master card because they offer 5% back on gas and 3% back on in store purchases. After reviewing everything, I decided it would be a good idea. While checking out, cashier offered to sign me up. I said yes and was told I was approved. I got the card and was buying gas and groceries as planned, but after 2 months noticed that the extra cash back was not going on my Sam's Cash account. I called customer support and after a long time was sent to the bank CS. They told me I don't have a Sam's Club Mastercard, although my account said I did have one. Finally I discovered that when I applied for the MC, I was actually denied and approved for the in-store credit card instead without the extra cash back. I WAS NEVER TOLD I WAS GETTING SIGNED UP FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT.I went to the store and told customer service. Their response was, "Sometimes they don't give you the mastercard but approve you for the store card instead. Cashier should have told you. It's a training issue." TRAINING ISSUE??? This is predatory marketing 101. I got the classic bait-and-switch and I hope you read this and don't have to do the same.They did nothing to fix the problem other than "sorry".

I bought 2 packs of Rib Eye steaks which cost over $75 for my father who has mesothelioma and my blind mother . My family came over from Pueblo to surprise them. 2 out of the six steaks were edible- not delicious, the other 4 were so tough, we gave most of it to our dogs. I am very disappointed that our surprise bbq was a chewy flop.

I've only been here twice but each time, I've had a monumental bowel movement. There's nothing special of note about the restroom, it just seems to bring the best out of me.

Always clean, friendly, helpful, and fast, and i very much appreciate it. However, many standard, perfectly good Items no longer available, more often than not, with no equally comparable replacement. Additionally, I cant order meat for delivery or pick-up without paying much higher prices for it. At times, it complicates things for people with disabilities.

My brother in law bought me a ulta gift card for my graduation. And I have tried using the card and said the card was not activated. We come back to Sams club and try getting the problem figured of why the card was not working. Then comes a very unprofessional “manger” named Troy and was not helping us what so ever and was screaming at us that he can’t do anything. And said that the card should have been automatically activated then proceeded to say he can’t do anything. And then says that there is an activation code in the top of the receipt after he said that it should have been automatically activated. This manager Troy was unprofessional and dose not know how to represent a company. And then we when check out proceeds to mock us.

I love Sam's club. Do you need a roll of toilet paper, how about 40? Need a pound of chicken, how about 6? Lots of options, great samples and fantastic take-home and bake meals. It's worth it to get the upgraded membership and get the credit card if you can. The free shipping makes things very convenient.

Love this place! Scan and go is a must. I wouldn't be able to tolerate the crowds otherwise. The selection of items is good and the help is good when needed.
