I went to Sally’s today at 5:30 to grab some stuff before they closed when I got there the door was locked at 5:30 and they don’t close till 6pm and the lady was sitting there hiding behind the counter thinking we couldn’t see her, another lady came to and she wouldn’t unlock the door. We did try knocking before she went and hid in the back office and she didn’t do anything.

As I walked in, there were three employees standing around gossiping in one of the isles. They refused to move as I was trying to shop and continued to gossip. When I was ready to check out I had to get their attention as they weren't even able to see the cash register. They girls then looked so angry that I interrupted them and glared at me until I left the store. Don't go here.

When the hours online reflect the hours of store the store is small, but staff is friendly. They could do a little better keeping their shelves stocked, but store is clean and orgainizesld.

Reading some of the previous reviews and I’m super bummed that Sally’s hiring manager hasn’t changed the meets and requirements for working there.When you walk into a store you want to feel welcomed. You don’t want to have two snooty girls give you dirty looks from the counter. Like it was an inconvenience that I walked in on the middle of their conversation.And when I asked them a question, her answer was just flat out NO. Why don’t you do your job and search for it to see if you carry it or give me another alternative.These employees are a joke and I will not spend my money at the north ave store.Maybe they should consider having some of the employees from the other store in town work at this one. I’m sure the sales would go up tremendously.If you want to shop at Sally’s please avoid the north ave location.

I am a licensed cosmetologist and all the higher end beauty supply’s were out of olaplex and B3, KYLER saved my freaking life today. Give them a raise!!! Thank you! Best customer service ever!

Love the staff here! They are always friendly and knowledgeable. I've yet to find a staff member that won't greet you with a smile. Everyone is happy to help with whatever you need. The only down side is they haven't been well stocked recently, which I attribute more to supply chain than store issues. Good products here at decent prices (as long as the product is available).

Why does the website say your open then I drive 2 hours and once I get there it's closed. Update ur maps and answer the phone as well.

Staff was horrible, don’t recommend going to this location. They were so rude they told me to bleach my hair even though I wanted to go dark (I had blue color on my hair previously) so horrible it’s sickening

Went in today to return a straightener/ curler for 92 dollars because it didn't work for me. Bought more stuff after returning it , spent almost 200 dollars. The girl that was working there this morning was so rude. Didn't greet, didn't say hi. I was super nice was asking her for her opinions on products and she just didn't care, said it was a preference. When I asked her where the hair dryers were, she just rudely pointed instead of walking and showing me. She just did not care about her job. I never write reviews, good or bad but I had write this one. She should be thankful that she is still there. Most of the girls that work there are super pleasant. But from now on I am going to shop at the other Sally's on 6 and 50.

Extremely unhelpful. I ask multiple questions and both associates shrugged there shoulders and gave me no answer. They didn't try looking up any items that I was curious about to see if they were in stock and then giggled when I was frustrated. Should hire positive employees and train them correctly about products

This place has really improved employ wise. When I ask questions they have gone put of their way to help me without hesitation. Definitely a huge improvement since last year .
