They claim they can recalibrate eyesight systems, however it seems they are unable to do any of the newer Subaru cars. Being a known issue I believe they should give you heads up that you will need to be working with the close by Subaru dealership so people can plan accordingly.

Kind staff, with plenty of hot/ cold drinks available in the waiting area. A couple of adjustable wheeled desks made working remotely much more comfortable!Have been happy with service both at home and in shop. Will return for the next time!

Broke my windshield wiper, then gave me absolute hell when I tried to get them to come fix it. Made an appointment for 12-5 for the fix, but they decided to just send a tech out at 9am with no warning. I, of course, wasn't home because that wasn't my appointment time. The manager I spoke to was extremely rude about the whole thing and refused to actually take ownership of the fact that all of this got messed up. They also refused to give me any compensation for the fact that they broke my vehicle, caused me to miss a midterm, caused me to miss an oil change appointment, and forced me to lose a whole day chasing them around to get them to try and fix what they'd done wrong.Also, their phone tree is a NIGHTMARE. 9 times out of 10 it will just hang up on you and there is no way to just get directly to a person.If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not let the high reviews fool you. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, so if you're unlucky enough to not get good service the first time around, you're basically screwed.

Jacob replaced my windshield in record time. He was very punctual, polite and professional. Michelle in the office could be Jacob’s twin, as she too is professional, polite and easy to establish a rapport with. The whole Safelite team is the best of the best!

The service was quick and the staff were courteous to me while I waited. There was a drink and snack section free to those who waited inside. The windows were replaced and all work as expected. The only thi g they didnt tell me was not to use the windows for 24 hours to allow the glue to cure. Aside from that I highly recommend them!

The folks at Safelite Auto Glass are very good, courteous and efficient. Michelle at the counter saved me a bunch of cash by arranging payment through my insurance. Andrews the service tech brought my keys to me personally and was pleasant to talk to. Overall, my visit to Safelite Auto Glass was a great experience. Thanks

Terrible staff, useless warranty. Support local business and don't use one of these faceless corporations.Update 11/8/23: A Wiser Auto Glass is a much, much better business to use. Better staff AND costs less than 50% of what safelite charges. DONT USE SAFELITE!

After cancelling last minute twice, when they finally installed the windshield the tech didn’t reconnect the washer fluid pump. I was stuck with a $160 dollar bill from the dealership to reconnect it. Safelite agreed to reimburse me if I sent in my receipt. I did this over a month ago and am still waiting.

Safelite did such a nice job with my new windshield! They got me in and out in about an hour, maybe even less. They didn't add on any extra charges at the end, which I was so worried about. The nicest detail of all though, is they vacuumed my car floors! It was so thoughtful and much needed. ?

I think the "receptionist" behind the counter might hate life more than any human I have ever met before in my life. The old bitty was rude, short, and not representative of the quality of actual service that was performed. Doesn't matter how good of work the service tech did, the customer experience was pathetic. It is crazy that would be who you want interacting with your clients. At least there are other places in GJ to get work done.
