What a great workout - low impact but with a mix of weights, yoga, & Pilates! Plus the instructor was so personable & welcoming for me being a newbie! Highly recommend & wish I was local to join again!

Awesome place. The workout is low impact and the instructors are mindful of each person's physical limitations. I have a herniated disc in my low back, and one of the instructors approached me before class stating that she planned to do a certain move, and asked if that would bother my back. I was blown away by that. The instructors truly care about you!

Great low impact, but effective workout! Mollie is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. Will be back again!
