Please do not visit the red Rock Auto Group. I have emailed twice and did a google review with no response. This auto group has no understanding of customer service, I asked for my fed ex to be shipped with an afternoon delivery- they scheduled a morning delivery. Now I will a miss a meeting because of this screw up. This delivery was supposed to happen by Nov 4th, but no one took ownership until I called and asked: Where is my title paperwork? They said it takes 10 days after a cash purchase to mail title, however at the time of phone call it was 16 days since purchase. Please do not visit the red Rock Auto Group. I have emailed twice and did a google review with no response.

Zero stars! I don't live in Colorado so I bought the truck based on the pictures and information they provided. Once I received the truck I learned that they are very dishonest and won't return my calls. I bought the truck with the expectation that it was still under manufacturers warrant however, it had more than 2k miles over what they stated and was out of warranty. The truck has mechanical issues and they didn't do the 167 pt inspection as they claimed because they don't have possession of the wheel locks and the wheels would need to have been removed. They said the truck had 1 previous owner and no accidents, that was a lie. They sent me the odometer statement and expect me to sign when it's wrong. Such a mess and I regret my purchase. This is a very shady business and I don't recommend buying a vehicle here. - Roberto Garcia

In my opinion, sales person was deceptive in vehicle pricing, never stating the dealer was marking the vehicle $10k over sticker. Buyer beware and read the fine print.

There's not one positive thing to say about these Red Rock dealerships. They're under investigation for fraud and forgery if that's any indication of their ethics and business practices. We went to Denver... thank god there's other dealerships in town which will work on our vehicles.

The issue is that this isn't the same place as the old Fuoco we loved. The new ownership group clearly wants profits and service prices have shot up accordingly. Paying $160 per hour for service but also the massive markup for parts and installation. I was charged $500 for 8 spark plugs (that wasn't even the total bill). It was only afterwards that I realized how royally I was f*cked over. After taking it back again I was charged $200 for just an AC recharge, I had only asked for a AC pressure test as I don't have the tools to do it myself. In all honesty I don't hold any of this against the actual service staff but there is a palpable culture change since the takeover. They do good work and are great mechanics but they simply cost too much when doing basic stuff. I would recommend only going here for major issues but if you have the money going here is still worth your time. It's simply disappointing as it seems money has just become the name of the game to the new ownership group. I like this place but I don't like the new people who run it.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. It's not what the Jim Fuoco organization made it to be. It's completely commercialized, stereotypical "salesmen" working with a "sales manager" who barely hit his 21st birthday but sure can attempt to swindle people with the best of em. I ordered my Denali Ultimate as the first pre order that Jim Fuoco GMC was allotted in December of 2021. I was given a price range of 81-83k upon placing the order. In March of 2022, Jim Fuoco GMC was purchased by Red Rock Auto Group. I was informed of the ownership change but not informed of the purchase requirement changes. In May of 2022, my truck was delivered. Upon arrival, I went to the dealership to check it out and get the purchase process started. In that time I learned that Red Rock requires a mandatory additional purchase of a $9,000 (pre-tax) extended protection plan to cover cosmetics. I absolutely didn't want this, I didn't request this, it was not included in my price range I received from Fuoco and I received no notice of this change until I went to buy the truck I waited six months for. Through extended discussions with the sales manager, I learned that there was no possibility that they would budge on this and the price of my truck (due to their requirement) had gone up over 10k. I felt cheated, I felt scammed, I felt like there was back door motives and I felt like I should have known about this long before the trucks arrival. Long story short the deal did not go through and I am now working with a dealership outside of my residence to purchase a new truck. I will not step foot on that con-artist of a dealership again. I will not have my current GMC's serviced there ever again. I will make certain that anyone I talk to and every opportunity I get to tell someone how my terrible experience with Red Rock went and to steer clear of their hidden motives. I am extremely disappointed that this is what my local GMC dealership has become and social media is going to be aware of that from every channel. On top of all the rest, they couldn't figure out how to refund my reservation fee, so I also got my $100 ripped off by this corrupt dealership. I look forward to continuing my purchase of a 2022 Sierra, but am traveling far away from Red Rock to do so..Also, I spoke to college of mine who dealt with the unexpected charge- she argued and refused to pay for them and ultimately had them waived. She's a blonde haired blue eyed attorney and these clowns made sure to keep her happy.

Huge shout out to Brook! My 88-year-old dad brought in his gorgeous Denali truck for an oil change. He couldn't locate the maintenance warranty paperwork and a couple other coworkers said they couldn't help. Enter Brook who really stepped up, found the info, and gave him red carpet service. A home run with her delightful, professional, knowledgeable, personable spirit. Thank you, Brook! You're a star!
