Our car hit a rock in the middle of a small town in Colorado and Preston showed up in no time and was the best assistance we could’ve asked for. I can’t say enough good things about the service. A great guy and driver, very knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He even gave us a quick lift to our hotel nearby after we dropped our car off with the mechanics. I don’t normally write reviews, but I highly recommend them if you need a tow.

I'm traveling in a 1992 Chevy that was converted into a school bus, which we then converted into an RV. All of a sudden, the battery completely stopped powering the vehicle and it would not turn on. Having seen other reviews, I contacted these guys. Preston not only gave me an accurate estimate on how long it would be until he could get to the campground I was at, but also gave suggestions on things to try before he arrived. When he did arrive, he was able to diagnose the issue, get it working, and went above and beyond to make the system safer to ensure I would not have bigger problems down the road. He even suggested a couple of places I could go to in town for even further work. Never have I had someone more knowledgeable, patient and willing to help. If you are having car trouble, Preston and Recovery Bros should be your first call.

These guys are my new goto! We were broke down on a dark and desolate part of I-70 just East of Palisade. It was 10:30 at night with spotty cell service and no Internet . After a few tries and being turned down by multiple Tow companies, we called 911 who wasn’t much help, however they did offer us a few more numbers in the area to try. Once we got through to Recovery Bros., Preston agreed to come to our rescue. We asked him to tow us to a repair shop in Grand Junction and to drop us off at a nearby hotel. What a great guy, thank you Preston and thank you Recovery Bros.!

Forget AAA Roadside Assistance, call these guys instead. Preston arrived very quickly and was extremely professional. Their rates are also very affordable. I can confidently say that if you are in the Grand Junction, CO area and need any roadside assistance, call Recovery Bros. without giving it a second thought. The best towing company I have ever dealt with in the Grand Valley. I cannot say enough good things about them.Service: Car towing

As someone who had the “luck” of needing a tow truck twice to get my vehicle to get it to a shop that could work on it. I can say that Preston was great, communicated about progress and very transparent with pricing. Exact opposite of the first company.
