“We booked this in December of 2023 stayed here in August of 2024. We came from Michigan. This was our 2nd stop on our vacation. We were pleased upon arrival the staff was so pleasant and had everything ready for us and understood we were tired and ready to rest. We stayed in site #23 it had a tree yay! And each site has a wooded platform with a small picnic table and room for your grill. Each site is extra wide and long enough for your rig and 2 vehicles. The Bath/shower rooms are pristine clean and floors tiled and have private areas for showering and dressing also you need a code to enter which is given upon check in. The park is laid out nicely and it’s clean and quiet. Even tho they have kids here. We are very pleased with this park and the price was adequate for what they offer. We will be staying here again! Staff was inviting and pleasant! Overall it’s a win win for us.
Nearby activities: Close to Grand junction shopping district and local parks close to Fruita and many activities and close to the highway it’s the perfect area”
“We were on a trip to Moab and had a gas leak issue with our trailer. Amanda on the phone assured me that they could take care of it in Grand Junction. We stopped in they were awesome! They made a couple custom hoses, filled a tank and hardly charged us what I thought they should. I will be a Ferrellgas customer anytime I have a choice!”

“I am currently renting the 8'x10' unit. It came with a new lock for the gate just for setting up a syringe unit with them. The unit is indoors but not climate controlled so it's can get a little chilly in the unit, but nothing too bad.”
