“Stopped by for some stamps. The service was very friendly yet professional. It had a 'small-town' feel to it which is missing in most government-run facilities.”

“Every single one of the employees here that have helped me out have always been very patient, helpful, and create a supportive atmosphere during busy times.Working with the harried public can be a huge chore! I always receive calm smiles and a pleasant exchange. I appreciate these employees.”

“This is where you pick up live animals. There is public access but it's hard to find and you have to ignore the "no unauthorized access" signs to get there. Enter the parking lot from the east side of the building from 25 1/2 Rd and go straight towards the building. The sign that says BULK MAIL is what you're looking for. There is a small amount of parking - look for the small blue sign labeled "bulk mail customer parking". Use the door on the left to enter. This is NOT a regular post office, but a place to pick up packages and drop off bulk mail. They were very nice about getting my birds to me.”

“Have gone to the carrier annex on Scarlet Drive many times, also to the previous carrier annex location on Patterson and 25 1/2 Rd. Always accomplished the needed task - generally picking up a parcel that the driver attempted to deliver and signature was required, or to hand to an adult person, so we got a card notice that it is at the annex. Some reviewers complain about the lack of telephone reception. I remember learning that at a point. The key to understand is that it would be a large commitment of labor to attend to all the questions people would phone in about with a lot of redundancy in the process. Just go to the window with your card, and let them do what they do.We all understand that this can be a challenging world to appear in as a human being, and that the USPS has limitations. I would bust the carrier annex down in rating if I could think of anything they have ever done to merit that deduction. Actually, they have done perfect despite all the difficulties inherent to these times on Earth.”
