Westin the dispatcher helped me and my kids out in a big way when he sent a truck he really couldn’t spare late at night, to get us out of a bad spot on the side of the interstate after hitting an object in the road. Used Platinum for a recovery and tow. They unnecessarily damaged parts of my truck even after warning them and kept my key and portable battery box, claiming they are “lost”. Unfortunately cannot recommend this company.
