I purchased a 2021 ford ranger from Pine Country in March 2024. Sales went very smooth. Since I did no financing, I was supposed to receive the title within 20 to 30 days it took over 45 days with several calls. About the same time, I noticed one tire was cupping very badly, upon inspection I found that it was mis-matched. It was a Cooper tire whereas the other three were Pathfinders, the Cooper was labeled the same size but not true to that number, it was an inch shorter and an inch wider causing it to rub the frame when fully locked to the right. They had replaced all four tires before selling it and they put a front leveling kit on it. Several weeks ago, I noticed a bad rattle on the front right when going over even small bumps on the streets. since it has several months left on the factory warranty, I took it to the Ford dealer to get it fixed. Found out when Pine Country put the leveling kit on, they did not tighten up the right brake caliper. The Ford dealer would not warranty upgrade screw-ups. Good sales staff but their maintenance people are not to be trusted. I have around to $400 into the loose caliper and a new matching tire. The loose Brake caliper could have been disastrous.

I was broke down need parts and initially, they were helpful but when I got there, they really were jerks. My wife was insulted by both of their attitudes. It wasn't busy, so that wasn't it. Both Tara and Cameron need to check their attitudes.

My husband and I arrived in Grand Junction, Utah, after hauling our 20ft trailer over two mountain passes, after our trailer brake controller had died! Staying at the lovely Camp Eddy campsite, we asked the host for any suggestions of trailer/RV repair shops. With no hesitation they suggested Pine Country Inc.
When we arrived at Pine Country we were met with concerned staff at the front desk. With no hesitation, Mike stood up and came out to the truck to investigate our problem. In being very thorough, intent and patient, he solved our problem. Relieved, we happily paid, what we thought was a minimal amount in regard to how important having our brakes back were to us.
However, the next morning when we hooked up our trailer at the campground, another problem reared its ugly head. We phoned Pine Country, and they suggested we bring the trailer in. Mike worked on both the truck and trailer brake controller, again found the additional problem and had things operating in no time, at no additional charge! The attention he paid to everything was impressive. We highly recommend Pine Country Inc. Thank you Mike and Pine Country staff, we have now travelled over 1000 miles with no brake issues at all!

I have purchased two new trailers from Pine Country. The staff is friendly and treated me with respect. All negotiations were smooth and reasonable. I delt directly with Joe for a past transaction then with Cody for a recent transaction. Both of them were helpful and answered all my questions. The trailers were appropriately priced and can be equipped with accessories without any hassle. Purchased a trailer in 2023 without issue. I attempted to become a repeat customer today to purchase a second trailer but the salesperson, whose name I won’t mention here but they can figure it out, doesn’t seem to want my business. One word email responses inquiring about trailer options available, especially to return customers, are not how you sell $15,000+ pieces of equipment. Called back to speak with the owner but apparently he’s out for “the next couple of weeks”.

Good service has always had or been able to get the parts I need. Bought a grill guard through them the other day and they helped me load it . The reason for the four star review is that the full price with tax on pickup was slightly higher than I was told the day before. Would definitely recommend coming here for any of your truck and trailer needs.
