Micro Management in this company is horrible. The wearhouse assistant manager just fallows the manager around like a puppy and the manager talks to employees very unprofessional they want to pay tacobell money yet want you to work like a construction worker. 16hr for a wearhouse job is pathetic. Maybe employees would be happier if the pay was better.
