“Adopted little mochi from here for my 20th birthday. It’s everything you would expect from a shelter, they are super nice, straight forward, and very easy to work with. Saw mochi on their website early in September and immediately fell in love she is so sweet, the adoption process was very easy and clear they even send you home with some goodies along with your new best friend. Thank you Roist Hursts so much for mochi and your guys cooperation!!”
“This is the cleanest pet shop I have ever been in. They truly care about their animals and their fish. Their prices are fair and not above the usual pet store chains. The people that work there are nice and knowledgeable about the animals they have. This will be my go-to pet shop, even though I live 2 hours away I will make the trip knowing that I will get healthy animals that are well taken care of. The owners of this business should be proud of their accomplishments in running such an amazing pet store. Hands down best place ever!!”

“Just had an awesome trip to petsmart.
I went to the store to purchase pretty kitty litter, I went to the back of the store and looked around for it, could not find it and went back to the front of the store to ask for help.
I ran into a wonderful employee named Kaylee, a very kind and amazing young woman. I told her that I am disabled. I have a hidden disability that is not easily seen.
She quickly and efficiently radiod her coworker Jackie who got the specific litter I requested and brought it to the front of the store. Jackie was wonderful and kind. Very understanding and nice.
That helped me not have to walk to the back of the store again.
I called the store to praise the team with compliments, Jackie answered LOL. I guess she is a manager, I told her I could not compliment the compliment to the compliment haha.
That is when I spoke with another manager Michaela. Another awesome employee, to tell this story and get them much deserved recognition.
You have a very professional team here at the Grand junction store.
