Out West Books was established in 2014 to provide residents of the Western Slope of Colorado and Eastern Utah with a full service Independent Bookstore, selling new books. A Western Colorado native, the owner has previously been in the bookselling business for 20 years in Eastern Utah and has a vast working knowledge of the West and it's people.
Western history and natural history are our specialties, but we have an extensive Children's collection, a local author section and all manner of genres.
We welcome special orders and can get any book in print in a couple of days.
