Austin and Terran (Spelling?) are amazing. I went and got a part from them, that was crucial to repair before out trip in 36hours, when i got home and got it installed, realized that the new part required a shorter bolt that should have been in the box. I called them 25min until they closed, they realized it was supposed to have included the part, told me to start driving to their store while one of them drove to a different store to get the correct part with the correct bolt. They stayed open late while we waited on the new part to arrive and I could not be more grateful. They made an already stressful time, much better by going well above and beyond what normal customer service would do. They are great employees and have more than earned my business.

This has been my preferred store in GJ since Sebrina started working there. She’s know more about cars and parts than most of the men that work there. She’s always friendly and she actually cares about her customers!!! Keep up the good work!!!

My car broke down on my way home from a trip, so I had it towed here. Dio, Taran (I think), Ricky and Chris were all genuinely so amazing. I was running on barely any sleep, trying to fix my car to get home safely, and they were incredibly patient with me. They also helped when I couldn't do some things on my own. Seriously, the guys here deserve the world for how awesome they are. Because of their help, I was able to make the rest of the 400 miles home with not a single hiccup. You guys rock!
