“I took my forerunner in this afternoon to have its oil changed and had a great experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and offered snacks and drinks to my seven-year-old who was with me. I also got a great education on tire pressure!! Staff was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and just, kind in general. In today’s world, kindness goes a very long way, and it was greatly appreciated by me today.”

“Very welcoming staff, and honest in their assessment of the trouble with my rear power window not working. I dropped my car off and was prepared to walk home. The owner of the company heard me say that I live nearby and could walk home, but he offered to drive me home. I'm a woman in my 60's and this gesture truly impressed me. The best part, the repair cost half of what I was quoted to me. They were honest and said, "It was an easier fix than anticipated and did not need any new parts."
