Had my 2002 Ford Truck break down in a tight space at my bank. Made a call to AAA who contacted Northstar Towing and their representative Lyle was there within 15 minutes and was professional and personable. Lyle was able to get my truck safely loaded and hauled to our house. Unloaded right in our driveway and actually gave me some awesome tips I needed to get it running. Lyle is knowledgeable and made my tough situation a whole lot easier to deal with. Thank you Northstar and Lyle you rock!

Vehicle overheated in unideal location. Vehicle was covered through Progressive auto who dispatched this outstanding company.Dispatch quickly called and verified if I felt safe in my location, however I did not.Within 10 minutes Lyle showed up. Reassured I was in good hands, and had me sit safely in the passenger seat.Lyle took great care loading up and unloading my vehicle.During the whole trip, I felt safe and well taken care of.Lyle was an amazing representation of this fantastic local company.Highly recommend.

My tire blew when I turned the corner too sharply leaving the bank drive through. Steven was on site very quickly and had my tire replaced with the spare in minutes. I got my car towed 1/16/24 to the Honda dealership in town. The process of arranging the tow from home to the dealership was seamless. I got the price upfront and paid over the phone. I haven’t had to use a tow service in years, but this business made it an easy process! They called me when they were on their way with an ETA so I could plan accordingly. Thank you Northstar Towing. I will recommend you to others.
