The people that run this are invasive and disrespectful. These people would harass me after being at my unit for 30 mins this isn't a storage it's a daycare stay away for 100 a month u can't even check on your things without being pushed out it's wild these people need to understand the need of a storage unit and not be so worried about the money. If I pay for a unit it's mine I don't need to be watched like a child you creeps!¡

Was Very easy to rent our new storage unit today the woman running the facility at the time was very friendly very knowledgeable and even informed me on some things that I didn't know about storage units so definitely would recommend and the rates are incredible

I live out of state and my son attends CMU, we set up storage here for keeping his college essentials over the summer and the ease to set up long distance was great. We also hit some road blocks with location, times, etc. and we’re helped tremendously with each setback. I really felt they went above and beyond making the transition that much easier. Very grateful!

I have a unit there big enough for two cars. If I accidentally leave it unlocked they call and let me know. They understand covid shaky paydays and don't make me feel it with late fees. Always friendly and good people to deal with.I might stay in there quite a while.

very unhappy with storage co. office never open, units not checked. Gated fence broken and cameras don't work. Mgr. feels not her responsibility to notify customers if there unit is broke into.

Absolutely the worst people to go through. Your belongings are not safe. A friend an myself went through these people, just to get our things stolen. Never tried to contact us about our things or that our locks had been cutt off. Sketchy area. Rude service. Went through them for 4 years never had a problem until the new owners.
