Jury is still out. They got the computer running again by reloading windows 10. However I lost all of the software. They did save all of our files and loaded a free "open office" but it does not work with files created previously with Word and Excel.Also bought a year of virus protection from them but I don't know anything about it, hope it does what it needs to. Spent $350 to get the computer going again and another $140 for the virus protection. And I still need to figure out how to work with our old files. Guess I need to purchase additional Microsoft package with Word and Excell on my own and try to get it loaded. I doubt my abilities to do that. Needless to say I am definitely not comfortable where I am on this journey. I don't know if another company would be less expensive and more helpful or not? Maybe things will work out but I am terrified of trying to anything on my computer.

Only place I will take my gaming rig. They know thier stuff and take your service seriously.Had some case fans installed cause I was too lazy and they run great. Usually will work with your budget.If you want good service and care alot about your computers take it to these guys.

They are very unprofessional ( Jeremy), they were very rude!!. From my experience i would never recommend these people for any computer repair. They start work without any permission and charge a lot higher prices than the competition. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called on a Thursday. The gentlemen I spoke to was helpful. I called back the following Monday to schedule a drop off, saw online they opened at 10 am. I called at 9:57, no answer, called at 9:59, no answer, called at 10, no answer, called at 10:05 no answer. I was trying to get through right as they opened. Was unsure if they had just not made it into the office yet so called again at 10:15 and got through. The guy told me he was extremely annoyed that I had called multiple times while he was on the phone with another customer. I apologized and told him I just wasn't sure if they had made it into the office yet and was trying to get through first thing and apologized again. He told me he was too annoyed to want to work with me and hung up. Though I did call multiple times just trying to get through... I apologized... won't recommend this company to anyone...

Worst timing for my graphics card to die but Erikk and company made it effortless and saved me money by having the part sent to me avoiding sales taxes and installing the part on the spot with no extra charge!

i would be very critical of things this location does for your personal or business computer repair work. i paid for him to install a new hard drive on my laptop a few years back. it never worked right again, so a couple of months or so after i got it back from him i just shelved it out of frustration and got a really good tower. now that my son is old enough to game i take it back out and finally get around to doing a total data wipe, a hard factory reset and then after three years, i can finally see what he has done to me! he had installed a used drive with a virus on the laptop! he even shut off alarms that were trying to constantly flag me for compatibility issues with the drive and for the time it was used before considered trash, i experienced many forced shutdowns mid-operation with blue screen error codes followed by mandatory restarts after data collected, etc. i addressed him with a demand for making this great already paid for deception right it right even though past warranty and he responded by trying to get the g.j.p.d. to pressure me over the phone to stop "harassing" him! can you believe it? and i made this request without vulgarity involved, without making any threats to his person in any way and i even did it in private via about a 3 yr long string of email ads he sends to prior customers so he suffered no shame with an easy out for that shameful business practice. i just told him i now know he lied and cheated me by installing used faulty equipment that ruined my laptop. i reminded him that i had even left a good review up for years for him as a courtesy one small business owner to another and i never told the world what he truly did to me. my personal network for work i use from home was exposed, all the devices in my house. be careful using him, i can't give negative stars or i would. p.s. update.
[email protected] you can contact me for a copy of the entire email chain sequence headers, phone call logs, all with timestamps i can't modify to verify there was absolutely no harassment from me at all "before" he called as he stated there was to the g.j.p.d. to harass another over the course of an email conversation there must be a point where someone either outright tells you to stop contacting them or insinuates that somehow openly in an obvious fashion and "then" if they continue making contact it is harassment. i followed protocol and did not contact him after the police directed it so even though he stilled continued. this started as a customer complaint exchange between him and i that suddenly without warning at one point after a reply from me to one of his emails, his next reply was the police calling me. there is not even vulgarity used in the exchanges, & the only threat made was to publicly reveal the practices in review forums. he continued contacting me several times further in the same email string that he told me not to contact him in "after" the g.j.p.d. also informed him to cease further contact. they continued on for over a span of about five hours "after" he involved the police. public accusations without proof are slanderous and libelous and i have also been multiple times since he contacted the police been both publicly and privately accused of harassment, slanderous, and libelous behavior, all three! making that public accusation of a criminal act stated like that is libelous and slanderous without a court of law passing down a guilty judgement on me for said crime entitling that statement to openly be made in such a public fashion. timestamps cannot be changed on either emails or national wireless carriers phone logs so i can quite easily, without any sliver of doubt, prove he actually exercised harassment toward me in several forums and that i had never done anything in the first place to substantiate the initial police complaint he made. angry customers are not criminals, and that was some poor customer service! this is for the public's information, a public statement about my experience with no ware compu
