Pretty sad over this place. I usually love to go here. I live an hour and a half a way from them and booked a pedicure as my Mother’s Day gift. Traveled all the over and when I got there, they hadn’t put me on the books. We drove over to LV nails and they got us right in.

I am a faithful nail customer to this establishment. It is clean and well kept. All the technicians do an excellent job with paying attention to detail. It is small which I like so it’s never noisy and doesn’t feel packed.

Looked for a good nail spot in GJ for 2yrs before finding this one. Have loved everyone there thus far and am 3 pedicures and 2 manicures in! Micah is literally the only person who's ever given me a manicure without cutting me (huge) and everyone has been super meticulous about the shape, cuticles and gel they apply.

Small shop with great service. I've been using Nails 28 for over a year and am really happy with no complaints. I try to book with Micah as he's gentle and careful to make sure I am satisfied with my nails. Unlike a lot of shops, they don't push you for extra services.

The person that worked on me was very very rough. It hurt more than being relaxing. Then they charged me a $2.60 service charge and didn't specify that prior to asking me if I was using cash or card. To me....communication is key.

This is my go to place for my nails! The atmosphere is very pleasant and my nail tech Sherry remembers me and we have a great time.Nails are pretty and affordable.They can do cool designs.. I highly recommend this nail salon!!!!

What I asked for vs what I got— this was probably the best nail experience I’ve had since I moved here almost 6 years ago. It didn’t hurt at all and Sherry swatched different colors for me and was so gentle the whole time. This set only cost me 65 dollars before tip.
