    On a road trip; lost a ‘lil plastic connector piece on my CPAP. Not only did Dustin solve my issue in just a couple of minutes, he was super friendly and patient. What made the situation even more delightful was their lovely greeter, ClaraBell, who also the entire process stress-free and quite fun ?
