Despite being busy they managed to get a my car in and taken care of very quickly. Explained everything that could have caused the problem, what to do if it happened again, walked me through everything. They have earned a customer for life.

Sean and his family were even though they couldn't do the repair I initially called about they helped me look into other options and recommended others that might be able to help. I had a very good experience with this shop. I spoke with the owner (Sean) for about five minutes before I brought the vehicle in and we set up an appointment. His wife greeted me when I came in. She knew who I was and why I was there. This is a small shop, and the owner does all the work himself. I found him to be knowledgeable and thorough, good communication and attention to detail, very professional.

Truly a master of his craft! I wouldn't trust my transmission anywhere else! Honesty goes a long way with me, especially when it comes to my vehicle and I know I can always trust Montes opinion. Don't waste time and money!! Take your car here and get it taken care of correctly the first time!

Awesome! If you need transmission work done - I highly recommend Motor City. They are quick to respond to inquires, the work was done for an affordable price, the transmission came with a warranty and my son is now able to confidently drive his 2013 Ford Transit Connect for work. They told us about and fixed some additional issues, they kept in contact while work was being completed, and met us on the weekend to get the car back and are all around friendly people. We got stuck in Grand Junction and Shaun Truly was our angel ?, We would still be in Grand junction had he not went out of his way and saved us. Sean helped out my sister, at her wit's end! AutoZone said the Alternator was good to go, but the battery kept draining. With knowledgeable and accurate testing and great customer service to a woman, he got her back on the road the next day. Replacing the Alternator for a Very Reasonable price!Being that I live in Colorado Springs, it would have been more expensive for me to buy the new Alternator and gas to drive over there and bust up my knuckles installing the new one.Thanks! I can feel confident in this shop, to be honest and fair pricing for my family 5 hours away. Peace of mind for me and her!Thanks!
