“This can be an intimidating and stressful process, but the sales rep (Cici) was extremely professional and informative. Put our mind at ease and walked us through each individual item that we purchased. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and their history. Another returning couple arrived at the same time to pick up their items and both of us were helped and treated like family. We will be returning.”

“Teen busted the heck out their phone so we went in to get an upgrade because I am a pushover of a mom. Juan was lighthouse in the storm of raising teens. His calm voice and helpful demeanor was just what I needed as I forked over loads of cash. Personally AT&T offers better deals to make the ridiculousness of cell phone bill somewhat more palatable and Juan is definitely who I will visit for all other teenage cellphone related woes.Picture of phone terrorist below!”

“The associate was very helpful and has a great sense of humor. I was in and out in a matter of a half hour. Activating two new phones and transferring the data from both phones in that time. He even offered for me to come back so I could activate my Apple Watch cause I didn’t have it on me at the time. Even then the waite wasn’t long he was able to activate the customer that was there first and my watch at the same time. The second time I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very pleasant experience.”

“Cheryl Magnabosco is the MVP of this Target! I could go on and on about her exceptional customer service! I shop A L O T at Target and especially in the home department. I'm there weekly checking to see if there's any new inventory. Cheryl started recognizing me from my consistent visits introduced herself to me and from that moment every time I come in she would greet me by name, ask if I was looking for anything specific *I always am , keep an eye out for me, and help me get my hands on said items! I mean she REALLY has gone out of her way for me multiple times. Searching the store up and down, helping me order items, and even just her heart to remember what I'm looking for from visit to visit. She never forgets. She is always the sweetest and most friendliest employee I have ever met at any store- ever. Target, this employee deserves ALL the appreciation. She has made me a frequent flyer”

“I took my mom to the store. She has been having multiple problems with her iPhone ever since day one going to other stores around town corporate store, mall stores you name it nothing but problems still with a brand new phone things not working correctly so many problems the past three months ready to just give it up, we went to the store on North AvenueCharles was absolutely amazing. Yes, we were both very very upset when we went into the store because this is constantly been nothing but a runaround all the other stores up until today Charles was able to figure out what was going on.
I highly recommend this store. I highly recommend Charles for his patience because we were both so upset going into the store. He had very very patient with us trying to figure out what’s going on. Very very simple fix he explained other issues he fixed everything he took the time to figure everything out where the other stores would not even bother , the other stores, corporate stores, the mall, stores, and other stores other than this one try to push and push out as soon as possible and nothing got fixed. I highly highly recommend him. I highly recommend his store and all of his employees. This is the person to go see if you have any issues. He is also person to go see to save money, this is the person that has the connections that you wanna talk to about everything truly thank you and this is a very very true.
