Went into Best Buy for a dash cam, was looking for the one we wanted online in the store and couldn't find it, so we asked one of the sales associates, John if he knew where it was or if they had it, and we got so much more than the camera. We got an extremely friendly, willing to help, and hilarious man to make the trip to Best Buy so much more worth it and easy ! John helped us right away and could have gotten us taken care of within 10 minutes, But we had to stay and hear some more of his great stories. 10/10 great experience and great guy !

Garrett Gregory is a great sales advisor. We couldn't locate our item on the shelf and he stuck with it until the box was located. He also remained with us to discuss the features of the scanner we eventually purchased. A great asset to the Best Buy store in Grand Junction, Colorado.

If I could give more stars I would!! Robert, from Geek Squad, saved me about $1000 and I can't thank him enough!! My Apple phone was having an issue where I couldn't hear out of the speaker. I took it to Comcast as they are who has our cell phone contract. No one there could figure it out so they called Apple directly for me. Apple ran a diagnostic over the home and said it's an internal issue and I'd have to send it in and at that point we were like we should just get a new phone. Enter Robert. We went to Best Buy to buy a speaker and my husband said let's see if anything they can do and viola, a little of this, a little of that and I could hear my phone again!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

If you have a technical problem with you iphones don't come here they well ruined it for you guys and delete all your files. They will make you wait for weeks for a small repair and even if you want to stop the repair, they said its apply policy once the repair ticket is summited no going back.

Negative stars should be an option for this Best Buy. My husband had an iPhone with a cracked rear screen covered by AppleCare. Unfortunately this Best Buy is the only option for AppleCare service this side of Durango. He made an appointment for the repair thinking it would take a few hours to swap out the back of the phone. He was advised by the receiving tech that the repair would take a couple of days because they do not stock the part. He was told his phone would be backed up to iCloud so that he could restore it upon completion of the repair. When he went to pickup the repaired phone, he discovered that his latest iCloud backup was 6 months old. They informed him that there was no way to retrieve the 6 months of photos that had been lost. They had already shipped the old phone parts back to Apple and were unwilling to recall the package from FedEx. In addition, they said Apple has a strict policy of not returning phone parts once they have been returned. They said it was his responsibility to backup the phone before bringing it in for repair. The 6 months of photos that were lost included a trip across the country to visit his 92 year old father, my 74 year old mother, our daughter, and a couple of dear friends we hadn't seen in many years. I was not worried about losing data or checking his backup because I trusted the so-called "experts" at Best Buy to double check his iCloud backup before removing the data on the phone, and he even assured me that they did so. The store associate who was at the store when we picked up the device assured us that checking iCloud backup is always performed by their techs at drop off. When we asked at the store how this could have been overlooked in this case, the excuse they gave is that they are overworked. That is unacceptable. Priceless irreplaceable memories have been lost. I will NEVER return to this store, and this store should have their AppleCare service status revoked. While I understand that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure their data has been backed up and my husband potentially misunderstood the tech to say that they would back it up, it literally takes 15 minutes for a so-called expert to check the iCloud backup to verify. I have NEVER taken an item to a genius bar where the Apple associate did not check and do everything in their power just to ensure no data loss. I understand that they don't HAVE to check but photos are priceless and BestBuy associates know that. It should be the first thing they do when they touch someone's phone. Not all consumers know how to do that. They are the "experts", and they are supposed to be there to help. As an aside, the inside of the store looked like a disaster. It was a complete mess inside. NEVER AGAIN.

Needed to buy a couple of things while in town and this Best Buy came in handy. It is easy to find, part of the Mesa Mall, decent parking. It is smaller than other Best Buy-s I have been to, so the selection isn't amazing, but it is decent and customer service was pretty good. I was in an out fast. They could use more merchandise, just my two cents!

I am very disappointed as since at least 2012 have exclusively used Best Buy when I need electronics. I was told when I purchased a laptop in 2012 I should get the geek squad protection plan and I asked what it covered and they said everything. Even if I spilt coffee on my laptop they would fix or replace. So since then I have always got the geek squad protection. Used it only a couple times but my grandson also uses my account and he has used the protection plan and when his headset broke they replaced it . in April or March of 2021 I had the vizio 75in computer that I purchased there go bad and they replaced it with a 75 LG. Well if started acting funny and did not know of anything that happened and after they saw a photo he said it was damaged. Well I was told even if damaged the warranty covered but also told him do not know of any damage. I was told we can order the part may be 600 or 1000 and you have to pay for repair so even the repair if I bought the part would not be covered. I have been a faithful customer of Best Buy and will never shop with them again and once my grandson pays off his purchase I will cancel card and go elsewhere. I am a senior single woman and thought I was protecting myself but was scammed by bestbuy when told the geek squad warranty covers everything. Go somewhere folks. do not use Best Buy

I live an hour from this Best Buy location so I called the number on the website in order to find the best way to have them take a look at my iPhone which was having screen issues. I was told to take my phone to Best Buy when I called Apple's tech support number. I was assured by the people on the phone on two different phone calls I made to make sure I was doing things by their standards, that I could send my friend in with my phone and they would let him drop it off anytime regardless of my appointment time. Whenever my friend went in he said absolutely no one would assist him in the entire store and when he went to the geek squad counter they made him wait over an hour until they would talk to him because it was before the appointment time. They had zero customer service and acted as if he wasn't even there. When he was finally able to talk to someone they needed information other than what I had been told over the phone and after waiting for nearly two hours he wasn't able to leave my iPhone for the appointment they set for me over the phone. I had also been told that they had a laptop cable in stalk for $29.99 that would fit my laptop. When my friend gave the info I sent with him that came from them when I called, they finally found the right cable but it was $59.99 instead of the $29.99 price that I was quoted. I have talked to several people in my area who have had similarly negative experiences with this store. I will never buy anything here nor use any of their services and nor will my friend that went in that day.

I wish I had something positive to say about my experience. I drove 2 1/2 hours each way for a laptop. I spent $617 on a laptop that does not meet my needs. I told the salesman I needed internet and itunes, and he sold me a chromebook that does not allow itunes. And you cannot call back the store directly to even find out a way to return the laptop via mail. Their Grand Junction location does not take calls, and the main customer service is not able to help me make a return via mail. For a 5 hour drive to purchase, and another to return this laptop and all my frustration trying to make it work after I told the salesman what I needed, I am very disappointed. How could both their salesman and their customer service be so archaic?

Traveling and lost/forgot laptop cord. Grant at Best Buy was a GEM! He hooked me up with a new charger and walked me through all the nuances of usbc vs universal chargers. Super aware of the technology and his store options. Thank you Grant! My new USBC is great! You are one impressive salesperson! Best Buy is lucky to have you! My laptop went from 17 -23 % charged in the parking lot!

Absolutely terrible. In home advisor recommended an expensive system to solve our internet problems. Items had to be ordered, and they couldn't come out to do the install for a couple of weeks. When the tech came out, the in home advisor had not ordered the correct components. So we were out a couple of more weeks. When the installer came out, it was determined that this expensive system would not work. Also, they left these expensive components in our house until the next group could come out and install a new router. Even that doesn't work very well! And now they are charging us for this expensive system that didn't even work!!! Saying we didn't complain. We complained repeatedly and loudly, and apparently nobody heard. They are absolutely terrible.

Worst BB experience I've ever had. Had a camera that needed a simple repair so made an appointment, the employee is supposed to meet you outside for curbside service....never happened had to go in they said would have to ship camera for repair cost started at 89.00 only for an evaluation. In addition was looking for a computer mouse no employee to help but many walking around or eating. Shelves were nearly empty store is dirty never going back!
