Service sucked. The lady could stop talking to the other pedicure lady. And she was on her phone the whole time We also asked for vanilla scrub and got something minty

The women that did my pedicure appeared distracted and spoke to the other nail tech next to her the entire time. She often stoped to have a conversation rather than focusing on performing my pedicure. I did not receive a proper or efficient massage leaving me feeling unsatisfied and not relaxed. She basically rubbed my legs the whole time, instead of massaging them. Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten.

I previously removed my polish & filed my own nails before I came in...
The paint job was accepatable but very disappointing massage. My nail girl was to busy checking her watch and trying to keep it clean, humm. The little bit she did rub while putting on the cream she rubbed on the same area on top of my shin..
Maybe I ordered the wrong package??

I walked in to get a soak off. I asked the young girl at the front desk how much a soak off would be. She was very rude and short with me and also cut me off while I was trying to explain my nails to her and told me a natural nail gel polish soak off would be $60?! That’s incredibly outrageous! I walked out and won’t be back

Love this salon. Highly recommend to others and will be returning myself.
Requested style: There were zero issues with the color or style/ shape I had requested. No issues finding a color as well.
Cleanliness: Entire building was beautifully clean with astonishing nature decor that was very fresh and well maintained.
Stylist: Absolutely LOVE my stylist. He’s very gentle and patient. He understands what I ask for and help suggest to me other ideas he believe I might like while staying in my price and style range.

I came in to get a polish change and it started off really good. I didn’t have to wait and everyone was nice UNTIL…
I asked for a white French tip and chrome on top. The older lady didn’t know how to do it so this man in a black hat with the number 3 on it, came and started doing my nails. He started off really good but when he started doing the chrome it was not what I asked for. He put straight white chrome on my nails and it was so bad that I couldn’t even see that I had a French tip under it. I told him that I didn’t like it and he started giving me extreme attitude and started scrubbing my nails with acetone and it actually made it 10 times worse. He proceeded to put top coat on and told me to go wash my hands. AND THEN, he charges me 41$ for the worst nails I’ve ever seen in my life! Linda (another nail tech that saved the day) fixed my nails and gave me a $10 discount.
And the rude man that messed up my nails kept on coming over and harassing me and actually made me very uncomfortable.
I will not be coming back unless Linda does my nails!

Will not tell you the price on anything that they claim is included. Will claim that they told you the price on things in which they haven’t. Outed my girlfriend and I 200 over things which were never expressed to be extra and added onto the original price of $36. When you try to confront these individuals attempting to scam you out of money they claim no responsibility and that because you said yes to services which were said to be included in the original price they can charge you. Don’t try to get your money back either because they will sit you down on a small bench and try to intimidate you into not getting a refund. Absolutely will not be coming back here. The employees should also wash their hands and clean their tools a bit more. When the nail tech began working on me she pulled someone else’s toenail clipping out of the clippers themselves ?. Also they did not stick true to the 10% discount for new clients, they will charge you just as much whether you’re a seasoned vet with this establishment or you’re a new part of their potential clientele. They also did not paint my toenails because most male clients do not get their nails painted, before we had even sat down they had told my girlfriend and I not to go pick out polish. For $200 I could at least get my toenails painted if it is supposed to be included in the original price. They had also nicked my girlfriend’s cuticle and she bled on HER freshly painted nails due to nothing but their own inaccuracy in doing the job they are supposed to be very good and diligent at.

I came here with a friend yesterday. The lady that did my pedicure was horrible. I gave her two color options for my toes that I wanted and she said they didn’t have either. I then gave her a third option I wanted and she came back with a color. As she painted it on my toes, it wasn’t even the color I asked for. She didn’t speak very good English so I couldn’t even tell her. She also dug out my nails so deep from the sides of my toes that my toe is a little swollen this morning and so sore! They also charge a $20 fee for just gel… I don’t recommend this place as I’ve had nothing but bad customer service from the employees!
