Good customer service and supplies. My go to store

Purchased an item in December that ended up not fitting in my home I paid cash and unfortunately lost the receipt.
Shayna at the front end says there's absolutely no refunds or store credit without proof of purchase and she recommended I sell the item on Facebook.
Very unprofessional and not helpful this is a very specific item that I now have no use for and would be difficult to sell for its actual value so be careful If you make a purchase from this store don't pay with cash and don't lose your receipt they won't help you or take the item back.
I will be shopping at home Depot from now on.

Their new policy is a joke. I have my receipt. I purchased an item that they told me to get that happen to be the wrong item. Caulking, adhesive to be specific. I brought the wrong ones back and wanted to exchange them for the right ones. They said no you have to return them to the original credit card and re-purchased the other ones. Even though I have proof that I purchased it, they won’t just do the difference they make you go through a totally separate transaction. They also won’t do in-store credit. Meanwhile, they don’t give a crap if you walk out with their merchandise and steal it they won’t do anything to you. For the people that who want to pay for it get screwed.

Client bought product and paid for installation. After appointment being rescheduled 3 times with 3rd time, no show no call, we are happily working with a local company. Lowes is still responsible for third-party installation companies they work with. Do better.

It's Lowe's, pretty much the same as all the other big box lumber stores. I like it and would go back, but it's just a big box store.

If you’re buying Trex, I’d recommend another Lowe’s or Home Depot. We drove 3.5 hours to pick up our deck boards, which we ordered in advance. It took them 1.5 hours to get the boards loaded and in our trailer. While being loaded in the trailer, the forklift operator dropped the material in such a way that they didn’t all make it in and then he tried to knock them in, damaging several boards (you can even see the forklift scrapes on one of the boards). We ended up opening the packaging to get everything in and had to buy a strap to then secure them. The staff was incredibly kind, but it was not our fault. After taking inventory of the damaged boards last night, I called today to ask for an email to send the photos to and for a refund of the damage done. The woman I spoke to was incredibly kind but her Manager, Michele, without even seeing the photos, would not offer a refund for the damaged boards and offered a $40 gift card. She said we’d have to drive back to the store to exchange them — the 7 hour round trip with a trailer would cost more than the damage done. We want to make sure this doesn’t happen to any one else and thought it was reasonable to ask Lowe’s to make it right, but they didn’t. Buy your Trex from somewhere else.

HUGE shout out to Art, who works in appliances. This guy was doing the work of 3 people and didnt miss a beat! He was so helpful and kind. All while moving major appliances and running the register. Despite that he still took the time to help me. He is a gem and Lowes is lucky to have him!! Thank You Art. You are a fabulous employee.

Where are the employees?? Nobody around to help, “manager” did not care and didn’t want to help either. Went in to spend over $3k on a door and left with no order. Actually ridiculous the poor management/service this location operates with

Loose hardware is consistently, poorly stocked. I see a lot of empty bins in the drawers when I need nuts and bolts. I usually leave the store frustrated because they are out of what I need. Then I drive to True Value on 12th Street and find what I need. Also, the self-checkout is pain. I have my information in their system for my veteran discount, but it still has to scan the barcode on my driver license, and it never works, so I have to stand around waiting for an attendant so they can over ride the system to get my veteran discount. Every time. The Home Depot veteran discount is quick and easy, and works every time, and doesn't require a DL scan.

DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES. THEY GIVE ONLY 48 HOURS TO RETURN A MAJOR APPLIANCES EVEN IF IT DOES NOT WORK. THEY LET THE PURCHASER TO DEAL WITH THE MANUFACTURER. WE PURCHASED ELECTROLUX WASHER AND DRYER. IN AUGUST. WE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET THEM TO WORK. THE DRYER HAS A BENT DRUM THAT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE REPLACEMENT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. THE STEAM FEATURE DID NOT WORK. THE WASHER DOES NOT RINSE. LOWES DOES NOT HELP AT ALL.

Customer service is poor when it comes to trying to get through on their phone lines. Once you're in the store they're great but trying to communicate via telephone is next to Impossible.

Lower price on Ring product than Home Depot and Walmart by almost 50% so I bought two Ring cameras. Military is honored and associates very courteous an helpful. Wide, clean and well stocked aisles.
