Workers here are always very friendly & kind. I’ve heard, from ex employees, that the problem is with upper management.

I don't know if they actually read these reviews, but the manager here is the best! Super nice and always compensating for me and my friends if we are even 20-30 cents short sometimes. As long as we have bought something, she lets us stay there for up to 3 hours at their table area. When it comes to the service, the cashiers are always pretty nice. The bathrooms are kept relatively clean and are very nice for a gas station. They always have items in stock and welcome us every time.

Since the 12th street gas station does not have a website, I have to add my review here. What a horribly ran establishment!! Since when is it ok to BLAST rap music with cuss words dropping the N word while there are a variety of customers present, including children?? Not only that but the man running the register says "what up?" to every customer in line instead of a tradition quality customer service greeting of "Hi, what can I do for you?" or "Hi, how can I help you today?" Customer service is what sets you apart from the competition, that's just basic customer service 101! The managers need to be more cognizant of their training tactics and expectations of their employees.

The Fruita, Colorado location of Loco is absolutely atrocious. Their restrooms were SO dirty, two stalls were out of order, the toilet paper in the stall I used wasn't stocked, the strike plate on my stall was missing. Besides that, the guy who owns these gas stations mistreats his employees & apparently has no love for his customers, either. I am appalled & I want to be contacted by management ASAP. I tried calling the Broadway location to report this issue. The phone rang over 20 times & no one answered. I suppose I can't leave a voicemail? Loco needs to be bought out or shut down.

Loco is one of the few Grand Junction operated conveniece stores still in business. I am proud to shop there and always have a positive experience. Have been filling up my vehicle at their stores for over 20 years and never had any negative experience with their gasoline.

I foolishly filled up there.-- a waste of $50 because my car -- which had been running fine suddenly began missing and choking - finally dying. I barely got home and am now having to contemplate draining all the gas out. Of course when I complained they claimed to have no other complaints. Either people just give up complaining, or that's what they tell everyone. I found out that you can complain to the Oil & Gas Safety people so I did that and they said they would send an inspector to test the gas. I also called the local news people Daily Sentinel, Channel 11 and Channel 8 I will never use any Loco station again.
