Brian Beecraft was professional and highly responsive to all of our questions. We already had most of our documents ready for the process, which allowed Brian to have a fast turnaround back to us. He even was able to help us move up our closing date to meet the demands of another party in the sale. Brian Beecraft was outstanding! He was incredibly communicative with us about the different loan options and what was needed throughout the process. This was my first mortgage so I had a lot of questions and Brian was quick to respond to questions via email or text and incredibly patient with explaning things to me if I didn't understand. Had a very unpleasant exchange with Mr Coombs. After sending an email to the build and Mr Coombs asking for an update on a new closing date, he proceeded to call and yell at me over the phone on how it was his fault. No fault was mentioned in the email I sent and the email was sent to the builder and him so both parties were "in the loop" he then got so angry he threatened to "deny my loan". This is a during the week of which we were scheduled to close. I ended up dealing with it and having to communicate through James to get the loan complete. It was on the verge of calling Bureau of Consumer Protection for being treated unfair by Mr Coombs and the vindictive threat of "denying my loan" because he was upset with an email that was sent to builder and him about an updated new closing date. I will never recommend him if anyone was to ask my recommendation. If someone were to ask who I used I would tell them and that of my experience. I never received an apology from anyone and just moved on with the process in order to complete the buy.
