I have to edit my experience from the last/first time I was here. I apologize for the lack thereof, since I am not proud I am humble enough to state my bad judgement. I’ve had to reappear to this labcorp more than once. Finally got my labs done, on my part getting my instructions done the way I was supposed to. Great lab work from the lab tech. She is absolutely kind and very humble, I pray she is rewarded accordingly. Again I apologize for my bad review.
Went into the facility and was yelled at by one of the lab techs. The greeting was not very nice, “What do you need! What are you wanting!” There was no approachable quiet way to greet people coming in for service. Then when the lady looked at my order, she was very immediate on, “No… we shut down at 3:30 pm for those orders, you’ll have come back tomorrow.” Now I understand, maybe this gal was not having a great day, but it really left a sour impression on me. I didn’t appreciate the customer service of greeting someone coming into the facility by yelling from the back room. There’s a better way to approach people coming in at 3:45pm.

Very friendly staff but an ill-equipped lab. The phones do not work (we called 4 times on different days during working hours and no one answered), and when we arrived the tech confirmed the labs and the Internet they use do not work. Another important thing they did not put on the website: They do not do same day labs!

We brought our son in for a full CBC and Iron panel and the lady (who was working alone with no help) was fantastic! She was very sweet and very calm. Our son is two, and he didn't even shed a tear. He sat in my lap, dad held his arm down, and the kind lady drew his blood, and it was over in a minute. She was very gentle with him. If any of us ever need blood work done, this is where we're going. The facility was clean and well stocked with antibacterial hand sanitizer for all use too.

Teri greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained the kiosk process. After verifying my information, I was in and out in no time. Teri was super friendly and knowledgeable. The office was spacious and clean. Great service.

We are from out of town needing a blood test for future Drs appointment. Alexia went above and beyond to getting it done. She is very professional and polite young lady. We thank her for her diligence.

Alexis was excellent in every way. For some reason my script was not showing in their system but she figured it out. She was patient, friendly, and did a completely painless job on drawing the blood. Best ever experience that is not always pleasant. Thank you!

The lab tech was amazing! It was my first time getting my blood drawn. She was courteous, organized, fast, meticulous, and patient with me by being informative as the process unfolded. Give that girl a raise! Excellent experience. I'll be back in 6 weeks.

Awesome place! Professional, clean and they explained my charges before any testing was done, so I didn't get stuck with a huge surprise bill (looking at you Quest Diagnostics, predatory lab). I highly recommend LabCorp in Grand Junction!

If you call, and leave a brief message, don't expect a return call. ***New day, as they did call me back a few days later. It really is a decent lab and everyone very kind and proficient (organized). Prices rather fair compared to all other labs I believe!

I didn't catch the name of the lady who drew my blood, but this was the fastest, friendliest, most painless experience I've ever had at a LabCorp location. She was an absolute pro, and nailed the vein like she wasn't even trying.
