Associates are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. Items are easy to find.

I walked into Sephora, five minutes before closing like a total jerk and asked for a color match in the Fenty foundation. Becca greeted me and helped me with a smile on her face and completely changed my horrible night around and had me leaving with a smile myself. It is people like her in the Customer Service industry that can make or break an entire experience for somebody. As long as Becca works there Sephora has a customer for life!!!!! Thank you Becca!!!!

I love this Kohls. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is neat and orderly, if that makes sense. Shelves are stocked, but if they don't have something you want, they happily offer to order it for you. Sandy was very helpful and patient at self check. Thanks GJ Kohl's!!!

The store was kind of hard to maneuver because of all the sales going on, but I was able to obtain what I needed buy. Meghan assisted me in finding my items I needed. The cashier at the self check out was never friendly in show me how to how to check out in the self center. Name was Christine.
Thank you for having a stall for greeting me at the store

I haven't shopped here since they went woke several years ago, but recently (2025 Feb.) my hubby and I went in to shop for his jeans. We bought one pair much to my chagrin since theirs are the kind he likes. (The Sonoma brand)

Nyla gave me great service today when I had a tricky transaction and had to go I out to my car to get my wallet, she suspended the transaction and made it so easy when I returned. Quick and efficient and super friendly. Excellent service by Nyla!

We quickly found what we were looking for. Pat provided us with excellent customer service. She was friendly, calm, and pleasant, and she quickly rang up our items.
The rest of the store appeared to be working on a floor move so there were some obstacles in the aisles. We shop here frequently and are seldom disappointed.

As I entered the store I was greeted by a woman who walked me to where I had to go continued to help find my size ect. She also directed me to the checkout where I was greeted by another employee who helped me with everything possible! Thank you for your patience and generosity!
