But the finance department was horrible I told them to run my credit one time and send it to one bank only and they still sent it to 4 other banks against what I authorized and then proceeded to lie and say it was already done they didn’t want to make anything right

I went here a couple of years ago and worked with Colby. I had a great experience even though we couldn’t find the perfect truck for me. A friend needed a truck so I told him about Kissner and my experience, so we went down there yesterday. It started off as a good experience, our salesman was patient while we found the perfect truck. When we found the one he wanted and sat down, the experience changed drastically. Our salesman became very pushy and argumentative. He wouldn’t show us rough numbers or negotiate without putting a credit app in. As a car salesman myself, this is how they back you into a corner to make you feel like you have to buy a truck. I finally got him to agree to negotiate and he said there was minimal wiggle room. We walked away without anyone else trying to talk to us, went down the road and bought a truck at a different dealership. The only reason it’s even a 3 star review is because my first experience with Colby was fantastic. Bummed it turned out the way it did yesterday.

Went in just to test drive some vehicles that looked promising for my fiancée, and ended up with a 2019 Jetta GLI today!

My wife bought a Cadillac Escalade from Kissner Motors in 2023 and the dealership has tried to fix the AC problem at least 3 times. The AC unit works fine for a short time and once again it no longer works properly. Kissner now states they can do nothing about it. I took the Cadillac to Hellman Chevy and they checked in to it and the AC condenser has been leaking and it will cost a minimum of $1,700.00. So buyer beware have a fantastic day.
