*DO NOT GO HERE!!* The dude that works there came in being super rude to me and my husband saying we can only use one cleaning table at a time (we have two dogs)and we could only use the one closest to where we were parked. Then proceeded to say he has “15 people coming today so we needed to hurry up”no one was there but me and my husband .We ended leaving because of his piss poor attitude. Don’t go there unless you want to be harassed by Ebenezer Scrooge.

Absolutely horrible experience! Showed up at 4:20 (the place doesn’t close until 5 and my wife and I were hoping to get in and out quickly)to wash my two dogs and the guy that worked there told us we were only allowed to use one bay because he didn’t want to clean the other bay. Apparently he is too lazy to do the job he is being paid for. And then the employee proceeded to argue with me and harass us to make sure we did not use the other bay by loitering and lurking about. What would he have done to different people came in with dogs? Told the other to wait. Having an employee like this would make me be ashamed to be the owner of this business. I would never allow people who worked for me treat my customers like this. I have been coming here for years but as of now I will never return or recommend K-9 Kar Wash! 0 out of 10 just because of the people who work there.

I have used k9 dog wash a few times but have found one I like better in town.
the one I like to use had a long line so I came to the k9 dog wash with two dogs and my bf so we could wash them at the same time.
When we entered we were greated by the usually guy that is there overseeing things/ cleaning up. He usually over explains and makes me uncomfortable. He told us we could not use both baths because someone els may come and use them. Nobody came it was just us. Very inconvenient and controlling.

If you're tired of your dog wash turning into a scene from a bad sitcom with a creepy guy making awkward remarks, do yourself a favor and head to Tractor Supply. Their dog wash lacks the drama and offers a peaceful experience for you and your furry friend. Trust me, your pup will thank you for the upgrade in ambiance!

Owner was present, friendly & walked me through how to use the dog wash. They have aprons there for you to use, the dog wash station is built to hip height so you dont have to bend over, the water is warm and they dryer is also warm air after a minute. I would suggest bringing a dog towel to finish drying as the dryer is not super strong. Owner came out to check on me mid-wash to make sure it was all going okay.

Man I love using this facility! It’s always clean, the attention that you get from the attendant is amazing too. He gave me great instructions to use the facility- he offered me a beverage - and after it was all said and done he even offered to wash my car to say thank you for coming in. Best $20 I have spent all weekend. Thanks k9! We will be back ?

Great car wash! It's my favorite in the valley because it's, well old-fashioned... almost like a car wash from home and at a fair price. The bays are easy to navigate and their office is on sight. ? Thank you for the reliable service!

Nice owner with helpful info. Worked great nice ramp to get the dog in. Price is fair. Bring your own towel. The machine has dog shampoo and a dryer if you need it.
