She asks questions, tries to help you discern what is a good choice-because choices can be overwhelming-but doesn't pressure you into any decisions. She is very curious and discerning and does her best to help you make the right choice! She delivers exemplary customer service each and every time I've been in the store. My wedding ring is custom designed and made and she handles it with the utmost care and respect. I wouldn't trust it to anyone else. She takes a genuine interest in her customers and assists them with grace and ease. I highly recommend working with her!”
“Only shopped here a few times, but they seem good at what they do. It makes it very clear that while anyone can come in, it is primarily stocked for 17+, with the abundance of sexual content and other innuendo right on display. The more explicit stuff, like lingerie and sex toys, are all in the very back, out of sight of the entrance which helps. Both toys I've gotten so far are great, just wish there was a larger selection of male-specific toys. And the mean old woman other people are mentioning seems to be gone, so that's a bonus.”
“This shop pays much better prices for scrap gold and silver than the other places in town. He is fair and knows the business. If you think he didn't even give you time or look at your jewelry it's because he knows the business very well he could tell just by glancing at your jewelry if it's fake or not there's certain reasons why he can tell it's his business and that's why he knows it so well take his word for it cuz he's very intelligent man don't get all butt hurt because you have fake jewelry at least he's telling you the truth that's what you went there for right”

Eric patiently took us on what essentially equated to a tour of their entire jewelry inventory, all the while answering our questions.
Blake Kelly was also a standout with his friendly manner and calm expertise. He expertly wove himself in and out of the conversation with Eric providing support without ever seeming intrusive.
Together, Eric and Blake provided an excellent, no-pressure buying experience and I came away with a beautiful time piece while my wife left with a gorgeous ring to accompany her wedding band. Both awesome gifts to celebrate our anniversary!”
