Got some work done on my Tacoma. They sent me updates and pictures along the way and kept me updated. I typically like to work on my own vehicles but if I don’t have the time to do it myself, or if it’s too complicated for me, then this is the place to take a vehicle for service or repair.

I have taken my 1999 Jeep to Jeff's multiple times and will never take it anywhere else. They are honest and fair. I trust them fully with my vehicle. Anyone that owns an older Jeep knows problems arise often. Jeff and his team always have a solution. I had a rough start for a long time that was tricky to figure out but they replaced my fuel injectors and fuel pump with quality parts and it was fixed. Jeep Chrysler had my car for a week before that and couldn't figure out the problem. I've recently had them replace my rotors and brakes. I had them fix my AC and blend doors. They were even able to fix my ancient key fob. These guys really are the best and will treat you right.

No mechanics shop is perfect, but Jeff's automotive has been awesome to work with. I have personally had a few unique challenges with some vehicles lately. They are intelligent, thoughtful, timely, and treated me more than fair through all of it. I trust them with all of the hard jobs that I don't want to do myself. I recommend them to all my friends and family and they are for sure the best alignment center in town. Alignments are very subjective, and it takes good tech, tools and understanding to get alignments as good as they can be, and Jeff's nails them.

Don't take your vehicle there if you have a emergency fix . you will have to make appointment and hope they get a minute to even look at it.
