Dane communicated fully with us to figure out exactly what was going to work for our needs. Looking for durability with animals and children, color that wouldn't show every stain, and something that wasn't going to break the bank because we had a lot of space to cover. The estimate was spot on. No extra unknown fees/taxes.

I had such a positive experience with working with Inside Story One Floor. I had built a platform in my laundry room and wanted to cover it in the flooring that was found throughout my home. I started working with Inside Story One Floor because they were able to order the certain kind of flooring I was looking for. Dane was knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful. He made recommendations based on what I wanted and was able to provide me with an accurate quote before I committed to ensure that I was comfortable with the prices. When it came to installation, the team that came out to install were fantastic! They were professional, timely, and quick with the installation. When they had questions on what my preference was, they made sure to give me options so I could make the choice, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend working with this company.

My husband and I walked in Thursday morning to look at bathroom tile and flooring. No one was there to greet us, or show us around. We found the tile section and still no one came to greet us. When we walked in, there was a loud couple of dings which I assume is to let the employees know someone has entered the store. Once by the tile section, I saw a lady in an office at her desk, she didn’t even look away from her computer screen. So we waited and browsed. Ended up being in the store for about 15 minutes and never had anyone approach us nor did we see anyone else until we decided we were leaving. As we approached the door to leave, we noticed a gentleman sitting at his desk also staring at his computer screen and he didn’t even bother to look at us or say a single word. This place had pretty good reviews but unfortunately we did not experience anything good here. Hopefully this was just a fluke but we will not be returning.

We have worked with carpet one a few years now and have enjoyed the experience. Dane Baxter has helped my husband and I on a couple of our rental properties with both carpet and laminate flooring. Carpet One and Dain were great help in the selection and purchase of vinal flooring for our living and dining rooms, letting us take as many sample boards as necessary. Prices were good and they were very generous with extras. Great to work with and far better than others.

Due to a flood, I had to have all carpet and some tile replaced in my home. Andy Baker was amazing to work with for the planning and logistics. The tile guy, Chris Mayes did a fantastic job on my bathroom and kitchen floors. All in all, super professional group, easy to work with and great results!
