Not a pleasant experience. When I was there putting in my order the original employee was very nice to me and was being very helpful and I was having a pleasant experience until the owner decided that he didn't like the way his employee was helping me and butted in being completely disrespectful, rude, and condescending to his own employee which was strange. Then he completely took over on taking my order which was an unpleasant and completely awkward experience. I got bad vibes out of the situation and then to top it off I waited a whole month to get one jacket embroidered and it came out completely wrong. The wrong colors the font but fortunately got the spelling correctly. I am absolutely greatful I did a test run before putting in an entire order for the company I work for avoiding a disaster. I would not recommend doing business with this company and I feel horrible for his employee's.
