Made a 6000$ purchase from Home Depot. They had to get product directly from manufacturer. Product was defective and not working when I received 2 months late. Home Depot will not return because they say it manufacturers problem. Manufacturer says Home Depot needs to do return. They are pointing the finger at each other and I’m out 6000$. If you can’t walk out the store with your product be aware you will not get a refund if something is wrong with whatever it is you ordered.

We bought a refrigerator from Home Depot. It took two weeks to be delivered. Then we discovered it was defective. It took another week for them to come and get it, during which time we had no place to put another refrigerator. They said I'd get a refund 3-5 business days after they picked it up. Now they're telling me it'll be 10-14 days because first the refrigerator has to be returned to the vendor. By the time I get my refund, they will have held my money for a month and I will have absolutely nothing to show for it. If I returned a hammer, they'd pay me immediately. They wouldn't tell me they first have to return it to the vendor before they can refund my money. Yet with items worth hundreds of dollars, they see no problem with making the customer wait. I will never make a major purchase at Home Depot again.

I always find what I need at home depot and the prices are good compared to other GJ locations. Central location and easily accessible. My Go-To place for home repairs and in/out decor.

After having a horrible experience in Lowe’s while remodeling a house, we went to Home Depot. Two employees provided great customer service and Home Depot makes getting a veteran’s discount much easier than at Lowe’s. This is where we’ll be taking our business in the future.

Ordered online, received a text stating that my order is ready to pick up. Waiting 30 minutes and they still haven't brought it to the front. My concept of ready to pick up means it's there when I get there. This store needs management as good as the Montrose store.

We are from Florida and have had to fly down a few days ago to try to solve an issue with Home Depot that has been going on since July. It is pretty bad when you have to fly to come saw solve an issue that was literally caused by an employee in the kitchencabinets Department named Kim. She ordered the wrong products and now refuses to refund us. I would suggest you never deal with her because she is a horrible sales person and does not do her job to assist her customers. Even mot responding to e-mails

Excellent client service
