The staff is generally helpful and dedicated to assisting customers, with employees like Corina, Dylan, Chris, and Zac receiving praise for their exceptional service. Corina was appreciated for her help in selecting wood and inspecting materials, while Dylan and Chris received high marks for their attentive support and making the shopping experience smooth. Zac stood out for going above and beyond by testing a spray bottle to ensure it worked at a long distance, exemplifying great customer service. Despite the positive interactions, some customers expressed frustration with the parking lot, describing it as stressful and poorly designed, with trailers and wide cars blocking lanes. Additionally, the store's inventory can sometimes be limited, especially for specific electrical parts, prompting some customers to visit other stores for certain items. Overall, the location offers a good selection of products and helpful staff, making it a reliable place for home improvement needs, though parking and stock availability may sometimes pose challenges.

Good store, HORRIBLE parking lot. Almost every time I'm parking or leaving the parking lot I'm either blocked by trailers not in a parking spot or people having large/ wide cars that take up the whole lane. It's stressful and no one knows how to get in or out of the hell hole.
