These guys botched an unnecessary home button repair on my iPhone SE ?. They failed to tell me until after that the button wouldn’t work the same as before. Would have appreciated that information before I committed to the repair. Now, a week later my home button works very delayed and about half the time. Pretty much ruined my iPhone. Thanks guys ! ????
1 month later - button is even worse. Every time I turn on my phone it alerts me that button doesn’t work. Pop up home button is always on screen. My phone’s response to power button is now also 2 seconds delayed (if working at all). Screen randomly turns off. Went in for 1 repair and now have 3 problems. Soo, who is paying for the new phone?

Would not replace the screen protector that they installed with a bubble after being told to wait to see if the bubble “went away” after a couple of days. Wanted me to pay the fee again even though I had just paid for the new screen protector and it was installed with the bubble.

If you have a Google Pixel Pro 8, I'm warning you the screen protectors they offer are absolutely horrible! My husband and I paid $78.06 for our screen protectors that last 2 days. They both fell off. We took them back to the store and they wouldn't give us a refund. They wanted us to pay another $20.00 to get new ones. Save yourself money and time, go elsewhere for better quality and service. I wish we would have been warned.

I do not recommend this place for cell phone repair. I dropped my phone off for a battery replacement. The associate claimed it would be ready the following week. That was 4 weeks ago!

Took an iPhone X in for a new battery. They destroyed the screen in the process of doing that. They put a new screen on and it had issues. Took it back and they put another one on. Still had issues. They replaced my phone and this “New” phone they gave me has been nothing but trouble. I’m done with them and I’ll never be back. Guess it’s time to go spend $1200.00 on a new one with the same specs. ???

Great place. Had broken screen repaired in another city. Noticed the two pentalobe closing screws were missing, passing through, these guys replaced them for free. Thanks so much!

Highly recommend going there. They're super nice and can get you a loner phone if yours isn't working while they order parts. Can't say the same about TMobile ?

Seriously couldn't thank the gentleman who helped us enough. Went in to try and sell our old phones because we needed the funds. Unfortunately the money to buy phones was low but he did what he could to help us get what we needed. 10/5 stars.
