Bernina Jeff was very helpful and friendly along with his staff. Store was very well stocked and maintained. Staff were very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. Had two machines serviced and the repairs were done quickly and for reasonable prices. Definitely will be bringing machines back next time they need fixing.

Just dropped off my DressMaker machine. Given to me by my Beautiful Grandmother -in-law 43+ years ago...It serves me well, but I was nervous, but the Lovely, kind and Knowledgeable Lady was AWESOME. SO MANY STITCHES..SPA DAY..WELL EARNED. One by one I heard the staff help, I mean, HELP every need that occurred. Thank you for professional and Sincere service.Excited to pick it up ?✨?

I'm super stoked that I signed up for the beginners class because I have a ton of confidence moving forward with my baby lock Jazz! After my first class with Trista, I was able to make a bag! I got a dinosaur to learn on, and I appreciate the owner's manual that was given to me since there had an extra.

Went all over town looking for a coat zipper, they had it custom made, reasonable price, great service.

I LOVE this Quilt Shop with great fabrics plus sewing, embroidery, and quilting machines. I've taken many wonderful classes and all-day quilt retreats. I'm a SEW SAVVY member and love the online quarterly meetings. Ahhh, sew many quilts to create and sew little time!

Trista was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I picked out a new sewing machine to gift to my wife. I went out of my way to go to a local shop instead of a chain, and I’m glad I did.

Love this store and all that they offer. I bought a new sewing machine here this year, and was given excellent help in my selection. I followed up with one of their free classes for getting to know my machine - really a great class. Yay for perfect buttonholes ? This week I ordered extra bobbins from their online store and was super pleased with the quick shipping. Thank you so much Bernina Jeff and crew.

Jeff is knowledgeable, and told me how to install the part I needed. I did not have to lug my machine somewhere for an expensive fix. People like him are sorely needed in today's world. Nan

Looks like a busy place which is a great sign! Has rulers for ruler quilting, new and used machines for sale, notions, fabrics and classroom for your pleasure! Also parts for your machines.

Seems like they could have a better selection of fabrics. Employees could do a better job listening to what customers request too.
