Lost a discontinued part for my truck that is impossible to find and Maryland has been an amazing help in finding it as I may have left it in their car. Great customer service and great rental cars.

No much help offered, why well for my daughters wedding we rent a car first day traveling the engine light came up. We travel 1 hour back to the airport to change the car, when we call no other option was given. We use 1 hour of our time to resolve their issues. We were given a compact car, small car, for Colorado terrains, mountains, rough roads. It was a disaster the tires light came up, we have to stop and put air in the tires. Cars w no maintenance, horrible experience.

The absolute worst automated attendant. THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU, NOBODY WILL TALK TO YOU...no option exists that will get you to a live person. They just want to push you to the website or the app. The worst way to treat customers.....

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mom had purchased our rental car online months before we even came to Colorado. When we got off the train, and made it all the way across town to pick up said rental car at the airport, they told us we couldn't rent the car. We tried everything we could to get the car, with no luck. They we absolutely no help, and offered us no options for us. My mom and I became stranded in a city we have never been to before. Thank you Hertz, you are the worst.

Customer service is handled by oversees help and supervised by a poorly designed computer system in regards to customer service. In order to avoid a $480 charge for a one way drop off during the rental period I had to return the car and rent an identical car to go the one way I came from. This involved an extra 250 miles and 5 hours of driving with no benifit to the customer or Hertz and no recourse to speak with responsible person.
