Wow! Scammer)I had called her a week ago told her I wanted her to shave both dogs and give them a haircut. She quoted me a price between 45 and $85. I agreed to the price I had my mom drop off the dogs because one is hers one is mine! She goes to pick them up. All she did was give them a bath! I have a chocolate lab that goes in the bath with me every time no problem I call her to talk to her about it. She said she never writes down what she’s doing to the dogs in her appointments so she did not know what to do so she just did whatever she wanted to do. I got scammed and she have the dogs Ransom until I paid her.!

I took my dog, Daisy, who is a schnauzer, here for the first time today. Everyone who worked there was very friendly, and when I went to pick up Daisy, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful her haircut turned out. They did an excellent job with my wild child! I’m very grateful to have found a groomer for my fur babies and look forward to coming back.

This amazing groomer was recommended by one of my neighbors who always had the most healthy looking and well maintained dogs. I had recently got a cairn terrier and I know that his breed isn’t usually supposed to be groomed and bathed as often as some other dogs. I called HBJ’s and Kate was so helpful. She, Lindsay and all of the staff at this business go above and beyond to make sure that your animals as well as you, are happy with the services. There is no where else I will take my dogs now. Even when they are busy and can’t get your pet in for a full groom package, they will make sure that the necessities are taken care of in the lobby such as nails and sanitary shaves or anything else that is pressing for your pet. My dog Elvis actually got out of his leash and ran the streets at our last appointment and the staff did not hesitate to help my partner and I catch him to get him the care and grooming that he needed. I really love this place because they truly care and want to see happy and healthy animals and owners. Every staff member at HBJ’s is so kind and caring and only wants the best for any animal that comes in to see them. If you’re looking for a place to take your fur babies- this is it. I am so thankful for the work that they continue to do and they never disappoint. ??

HBJ’S is the best! My mom and I have taken our fur babies here for over 10 years! They do the best job, and are always so sweet! I know my senior pups are not the easiest to groom but they do it with such grace and patience! :) Thank you all for always being amazing to Kaiya and Scruffy!

I’ve meant to review this place literally every time I leave, I’m just so pleased with the results it doesn’t occur to me to go to google. But I’m gonna cause this is worth sharing. Before going here, we were customers of the petco grooming and let me tell you my dog frickin hated it. I’m not sure what happened at petco but now he doesn’t do “shake” or “paw” (the dog trick) like he’s super skittish and weird about it. I’d have to drag him through the store because he did not want it. He’d tried to escape the room and bark the whole time. That is NOT the experience here. He actually likes coming here, he leaves happy, so soft and fully groomed. His nails are actually shorter and they are so nice and accommodating. The owner has really made such a great impression on myself and my dog. He respects her, you can tell, and that says so much to me about them as humans. If a dog enjoys the groomer, keep going there.

Love the in and out nail trim service and that the let me hold Maxes head while they work. Makes Max and me feel more confident. Only $5. Should charge more. I give them 10.

My dog acts like a j*** about getting his nails trimmed and these guys were great. They were fast, efficient and he had the least stress I've ever seen. The dog is still a tubby, spoiled little dude though , I guess a nail trim can't fix that.

Wouldn’t budge on price to help me with my cats dirty paws or make any considerations or help. I’m sorry but if your in the animal industry it’s because you love animals and want to help them! She hung up on me when I mentioned that to her. Oh well, I did my own research and found k9 pet wash and washed my own animal for 15.00 vs the 70.00 I was quoted to wash my pets PAWS.

Gave specific instructions, none of my requests were honored. He still has the same amount of under coat. Blaring music on top of dryers. What a nightmare. Never again will I subject my boy to those conditions. He looks hideous!
