We just adopted from Harmony Animal Matchmaker Sanctuary and we had a great experience. The staff were friendly and shared personality traits about each of the dogs we planned to meet, helping us to meet pups best suited for our lifestyle. There are several amazing dogs in need of a good home, consider adopting and check out Harmony!

I dropped off some items for donation and was disgusted by the overwhelming smell of this place! I get that there are animals in there but it smells like it is not cleaned even semi- regularly….absolutely disgusting. It casts considerable doubt as to the care that the animals receive while in their care!!

Great place for 2nd hand items. I didn't realize they are a pet store. I almost cancelled my payment for items I bought because I didn't recognize the name. *Please give us a choice for a paper receipt! Even hand written would be nice. Then there's no confusion between the name of your store and the thrift store. It's confusing!! A animal shelter vs. thrift store!!

Amazing option to adopt an animal. All dogs are allowed our to play together so they get socialized. They truly care. Our newest addition was adopted from Harmony.

Killed Pizza, And 3 south park dogs. Not including Tank. Pizza and the south parks were killed because "they were not human friendly." You can't deny it. I had access to the file cabinet with the documents showing the euthinization of the three south parks due to 'not being human friendly' even though you kept Kyle,Stan,Timmy, and Wendy. And refuse to take one of themto the vet for their broken nail because of their humaj fear are wont call someone in. After your handler failed to properly execute protocol for a stressed dog and got bit from decided to drag him from a crate, you had turquoise paws come back and euthanize him in case you cant remember his name it was Pizza. He wasn't there for even 3 hours before you decided to kill him. You are not a sanctuary. You allowed Sasha to deteriorate until she could no longer stand. You allow dogs to suffer because you can't afford the medical bills. You have allowed two dogs to escape the facility to my knowledge and refused to post foe help because it was bad publicity for the rescue. Let's not lie anymore. Let's be honest with the public about whay really happens. She allows 30 dogs in a yard per person, a pacfa violation. A sheep had been killed in the property amd you all have eaten at the food trucks in which a sheep lay dead. The sheep has gone nearly a year with out being sheered or vaccinated. Don't support this catastrophe anymore.

This is the best animal sanctuary in Mesa County. These ladies care so much for each and every animal, and they put their heart and soul into the rescue. The animals get too play freely everyday and are truly happy. They get to be in an environment that builds trust and teaches them to become great pets. Each animal has a trial period in their new home and they can be brought back if for some reason it isn’t a good fit. Before getting an animal from a breeder or social media, please consider adopting from this wonderful place. They are a nonprofit and appreciate any and all donations.

This Animal Shelters animals have Tapeworms. My sister bought a cat from them, and her whole household got sick. When she called to inform them of the issue they said "oh well". So we will be preparing to take legal action against this establishment as they told us the animals had been checked for all of these things, and refused to help pay for treatment.

I was really satisfied with them I felt they listened to exactly what we were looking for and that dog is now a member of our family. My only complaint about Harmony is I feel like some “training” would be a must, but I’m dealing with bad habits that were never put to rest. I know that some “training” will be needed for any dog you adopt, but reinforcing bad habits doesn’t seem like the right solution.

Tried calling multiple times and nobody answered so my wife and I drove over an hour to see if there were any puppies for adoption. When we arrived we were told that that phone is blowing up 24/7 so nobody answers it but we can’t see any dogs without an appointment. They told us there were plenty of puppies for adoption but we couldn’t see any because we didn’t have an appointment. We practically begged for the staff to let us see a puppy and assured them that we were serious about taking one home today. The two staff that spoke to us said they were too busy and didn’t have time to show us a puppy. One of them was sweeping the lobby when we walked in. I guess they were in such a rush to finish their shift on time that taking a few minutes to adopt out a puppy wasn’t worth it. Before leaving they said in future we should message them on Facebook because they don’t answer the phone but use Facebook a lot! Ridiculous!
