Under new management and they have been really great...I enjoy going in and have felt heard...also a few really good deals from the manager.

Love shopping here and making donations. They sell so much more than furniture and fixtures. It's a great alternative to driving to Home Depot

I wouldn’t donate to this location the volunteers pick through everything and keep anything of value. Some even have 50+ items listed for sale on face book.

I used to shop here a lot, but in the past several months things have been priced incredibly high. There were a ton of tables there and not a single one was under $100. I thought the whole point of this store was to sell used products at a reasonable price? It's literally 100% profit because everything is DONATED!!! Pretty greedy when your whole existence is supposed to be based on helping people, not taking advantage of them..

I'm all for Habitat for Humanity Restore, but this place is a straight up scam the way it is run. Everything is way overpriced and in terrible shape. Go anywhere else to shop, which is hard to say for a Restore. The manager is a crooked thief. If you want a great experience go to the Glenwood Restore and save yourself the painful trip of going here.

Poor guys were still standing in the same line spot while I walked in ,up till I was done shopping. They need to hire more young enthusiastic people .... prices are too high than the condition they sell it at, I found a ripped extension cord for 8 $ are you serious it was ripped and actually could cause a fire! ?

Have been going to Restore for last 14 years but during the last 3 or 4 years the prices being asked for used, non returnable, missing parts sometimes, are so high that many times I can get the same item brand new for 30% more that is returnable , no missing parts , clean, and wide selection . so I no longer shop at restore. Just go to look at the prices and laugh. Last week they were pricing some led bulbs at double the price of new.

If I could give the store people 5 stars and the donation people 1 star I would so I had to settle with 3 stars The older short dark complected (just a description so someone might know who I speak of since I did not get his name) man that I unfortunately usually have to deal with is beyond RUDE!!! He will question your items that are being donated or I should say accuse you of donating non-working items or here is the best one..... donated a used couch and his first comment was in a rude voice "well this thing has been used" DUUUHH I told him of course it is why would I donate a brand new couch? One time he say I had clothes in my car too and rudely lectured me on how he doesn't take clothes, when he was finished I told I know that it isn't part of my donation and they were going to Goodwill. At any rate when I donate again if he comes out I will drive away and return later or go elsewhere.I must add that the other people in donations are nice and good to work with.

Visited in early April 2022 and had a fantastic experience. Super friendly staff and there was a 50% off sale going on. We lucked out and found what we were looking for and more we will be back!

Was sad to see your store yesterday, it looked so empty and hardly any Christmas decorations and really little else no pots pans dishes toys decorations or anything else just big ugly furniture.

I didn’t know the habitat for humanity was a comedy club…, I go here for the laughs, they have priced there goods so high it’s funny. The managers should be fired for ripping off the people that shop there when 99% of the goods are donated (free) I get what there doing. Someone has no business sense. I have been to habitats for humanity’s from Illinois to Utah and this one is by far the worst/dishonest.I will never buy from them

Absolutely ridiculous! Prices are OUTRAGEOUS! This stuff is donated! They should be trying to help people who can't afford Hope Depot too, not just those who need homes. I found the exact same chair at AFW for $25 less!!!!
