When the internet works it good. But their customer service is terrible.

Been with these guys for about 4 years. Service is tolerable. Speed is all over the place, not as consistent as one would expect. My biggest complaint is you guys and your communication. You service your side of things and no one knows! You have customers left in the dark. No communication! You have a website with an area... read full comment

Been a customer almost a decade now and have had no service for several days now for the third time in a little over a month and no one will answer the phone or return calls during business hours. Getting super frustrated with the poor service
