“Ed was extremely knowledgeable about questions I had about how to keep my 2021 Road King cooler in hot riding conditions especially in stop and go traffic and gave me options to select from. Once I made my selections he then went to the service department to ensure the installation could be done and an estimated time to do the installation. He then, along with myself, went to Sabrina to get my 20K service schedules alone with the instillation of the parts ordered. Once the parts arrived I work with Sabrina to schedule a date to bring in my Road King for the work. Sabrina keep me informed and when the work was completed. Thank you to both Ed and Sabrina ”

Absolutely love this place! I've dealt with the parts department numerous times and they all go out of their way to take care of me! Excellent department and they all excel at their job! Very professional people! The soft goods department is the same, the ladies are great at their job and good people!

"This was probably the easiest buying experience Ive had. I called Dwight and told him what i was looking for and a couple hrs later the bike was mine. He even went the extra mile to make sure it was set up exactly how i wanted with all the extras i ordered. He stayed in contact the entire time with updates on my bike until it was time for me to pick it up. Would definitely buy another bike from them in the future."

After dealing with difficult sales representation I still decided to buy a 2017 low rider s. The process wasn’t horrible but felt rushed and they wanted to just get the sale done and get you out their door. Following that, they sold me a used bike with low miles but with a front tire that should have been replaced two years ago. With no clear knowledge at the time of tire replacement and what the numbers on the tires meant I was a bit nieve. But after further educating myself I realized this dealership has no care for rider safety and sold this bike with out regard to anything but making more money. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen, best spend your money at another dealership.

Bought my new 2019 BMW 1250 GSA here. It was a great dealer to buy from. The problem is now, under new ownership, they don’t care about previous customers. Came in to buy an oil change kit and it is $20.00 more than another dealer. I asked if they give a discount to customers who purchased their bike here and the parts guy said, “If you are a new customer you get 10% off”. Well, you just lost a customer. The other BMW dealer is the same distance from my home and I will be using them exclusively for pats and service. It was fun while it lasted.

I called him today at 12 o’clock noon. Nobody answers the phone left a message. Nobody bothers to return the phone call after four hours. I gave up. We’ve bought motorcycles here but obviously they don’t want any more business. I called Denver Harley shop they had what I needed put it in the mail to me today.

I can't say enough good, about the staff here. I had an issue with my 2013 FLHTK while on vacation. The service department took my bike in and started diagnosing the problem almost immediately.In other words they dropped what projects the tech was working on and started on mine. 2 hours later I was back on the road. Phantom electrical issues are some of the worst.Thanks to the service department at Teddy Morse's in Grand Junction.

I was passing through, and my clutch slave cylinder failed. Teddy Morse HD welcomed me and took my bike in for repair. They found out what parts were needed and ordered them express. They had them by the next morning and installed. I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD. BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE PARTS, SERVICE, AND MANAGEMENT FOR ALL THE HELP.Wes R.

Had an issue with my bike on the cross country trip had to return to the dealership for service and parts. Spoke to John service manager very nice easy to work with suggested I bring the bike in and try. Unfortunately no parts but very helpful even had a couple of his guys help me load the truck to take the bike home.A big thank you!
