This dealership was so helpful when my Harley broke down while traveling through Colorado. I was 140 miles away near Avon and needed advice on getting my ride towed and repaired. Sabrina, the service writer was so helpful and directed me to those who could get the job done. After arriving at the dealership the next day I only had a two hour wait before they got my bike into the shop and just three hours later had me back on the road again. Thanks to the three Matt’s in the shop who facilitated the repair. This Harley dealership is amazing. Thanks again.

Sales and parts have been stellar. My MSF sponsor purchased 2 new training Royal Enfield motorcycles from them. Eric in sales was top shelf to do business with. Superior to the RE dealers closer to my area. Because I ride a Harley and was frustrated by my local dealer trying to sell me special nuts for my windshield for over $11 each (yep over $11). And since sales had done such an awesome job I reached out their parts department….in stock and less than $1.50 each! And they have a veteran discount…which my local HD dealer has discontinued . I can say from experience these guys have earned my respect and business. Makes my local dealer look like Ali Baba and the 40 thief's. FYI I gave my local dealer 2 chances to verify their price and they stood their ground, even with part numbers.

"These three individuals have helped me on repair issues in the past. On this issue they once again went beyond my expectations. Ed and Rodd both explained what the issue was that needed addressed and advised what Harley Corporate recommended. I then had a lengthy conversation with Matt. He advised me on the process and had the service dept start it. He kept me informed as to the next step, which was completed on time and appears to be working. I was treated with respect and at no time was there a question as to the legitimacy of the issue. Some dealerships have a bad customer relationship, Teddy Morrse Harley Davidson doesn't fall into this arena. Thanks to all involved. SEMPER FI"

These guys saved me on my first cross-country trip.Stopped for the night in Grand Junction, CO. It was then I noticed my front tire was pretty bald. They actually got me in in 45 minutes! Great people, great place. Thank you!

First of all, I appreciate that you were open on Monday! John greeted me right away and listened to what happened to me. He eased my anxiety with his 40 yrs experience with BMW and said he would take care of me and do his best to get me back on the road. He thoroughly checked my bikes cooling system out and confirmed things were working before doing the obvious- cleaning out my radiator. He kept his word by calling in the afternoon with news my bike was fixed even though the mechanic worked 4 hrs! The price was fair and I got to meet Teddy Morse too! I am so glad I was Well taken care of!!!!"

Staff Is real . Got a military discount . Had some issues with my Harley freewheeler . Teddy Morse’s has the Best service department I have been to in my motorcycle vacation . I Needed some work done to get me back on the road again and the service department got me a appointment sooner then I expected . I have an appointment scheduled to check my freewheeler for vibrating ahh more then usual Lol after hitting a road obstruction (A pot hole from hell lol) was that excessive vibration fixed. Ahh I need to have the front tire replaced and balanced on My freewheeler which I was told would be Covered Under the additional added tire and wheel warranty. I ran over a screw along my travels . Hope it will not cost me my first born lol . Thanks for the past excellent service and I will up date on the upcoming service. John G

Left my lights on while having breakfast. I was a long way from home! Brad in the service department loaned me a starter pack without charging me for it! Needless to say, it was a good investment for me, and considerably cheaper than O'Reilly. Great customer service!
