Mail carrier is extremely unprofessional and refuses to give my mail to me. I've complained over 10 different times. Put in 10 different incident reports. & absolutely nothing is being done. They are about to get in legal trouble fr. All over an incompetent employee who refuses to do her job and steals people's mail.

Packages always arrive late regardless of how much extra you pay for shipping. Same day doesn't exist to these guys. And they are very rude just for asking simple questions. They are so incompetent that mail will bypass gj and go to Denver just to come back to junction.... or they are so lazy they do that on purpose hard to say. I recommend going into building to get your stuff unless you are ok with issues and delays.

While I stand by my original review for Robin and her great assistance; from there the Post Office cheated me and were dishonest and incompetent. Most of my packages did not arrive at the destination. The ones that did; I had to pay extra money for. All other packages have been sent back to the US. The Post Office stated that the addressee refused the packages; however that is obviously a lie. Shame on the US Post Office for NOT being able to do the right thing, and for being SO dishonest!

Getting a package from Salt Lake it makes it to Grand Junction then it get shipped to Denver. I live in Delta county. Am I missing something? Learn how to read a Map.

Has had our packages since 7:22 Thursday morning according to the tracking and still nothing. Highly unprofessional as they expect everyone to be on time for them, but when it comes to the rest of us they slack off. This is why we only use FedEx or UPS unless our supplier only offers shipping through USPS and we don't have a choice.

Pick up window is only open 10-4 no convenience or customer service...no surprise this organization would rather sell cards and 10 other bs services than delivery the mail

Never answers their phone. Constantly delivering the wrong mail to our entire neighborhood. The postal carrier LOST an important certified letter of mine and has yet to locate it several days later. I have to drive all the way down to the facility everyday to see if they have found it... No answers, no accountability.

Manager Lisa is a horrible employee/manager she is rude, unprofessional, and has complete lack of knowledge or care for her job, just remember karma is real and how u treat people is only a reflection on how pathetic your life must be

Have gone to the carrier annex on Scarlet Drive many times, also to the previous carrier annex location on Patterson and 25 1/2 Rd. Always accomplished the needed task - generally picking up a parcel that the driver attempted to deliver and signature was required, or to hand to an adult person, so we got a card notice that it is at the annex.Some reviewers complain about the lack of telephone reception. I remember learning that at a point. The key to understand is that it would be a large commitment of labor to attend to all the questions people would phone in about with a lot of redundancy in the process. Just go to the window with your card, and let them do what they do.We all understand that this can be a challenging world to appear in as a human being, and that the USPS has limitations. I would bust the carrier annex down in rating if I could think of anything they have ever done to merit that deduction. Actually, they have done perfect despite all the difficulties inherent to these times on Earth.

I live in the line between Grand Junction and Fruita Co. I have lived at my current residence for almost 5 yrs, and have had to continue my PO Box in Grand Junction because for some reason I’m not worthy of getting very important mail that cannot go to my PO Box. And from what I’ve found out is that in Fact, if I get any mail addressed to my residence I am supposed to receive it, as well as if it’s addressed to my PO Box. The Post Office Manager told me that it is a carrier issue, and he would get to the bottom of it. Well I started receiving some not all of my mail. My Stimulus’s were not delivered as well as some of my Credit cards. And last year, I didn’t get some packages and after the shipper making inquiries, is when I received them. At least a month too late. Recently, received a parcel from my carrier who left it at the street, not at my door, or anything. But at the mailbox, on the street, this was very disheartening to know that I am not considered in this fashion. And the carrier has also knocked the mailbox off of its post several times.

A rather expensive package which was supposed to be delivered to the neighboring town said it was being held at this place. After seeing the reviews I went into this with incredibly low expectations and just prayed the package wasn’t lost. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman handling the counter assisted someone with a lost package in front of me and when I got up she was kind, retrieved my package and explained why it might’ve happened. It was a pleasant experience and I appreciate her hard work and how committed she was to doing everything she could to help.
