I can't tell you how pleased I am with the windshield replacement for my Audi. Jonathan was a wonderful tech and he is the reason I'm going to recommend Glass America to other people. Jonathan did a fantastic job. Not only was he communicative, but so kind and personable. My windshield looks fantastic. You need to give Jonathan a raise!!

Best customer service ever, believe me I have worked in customer service lots of years and I just can't seem to find very many places that even care about the customer or what kind of service they receive. Glass America they do care and they are great at what they do. I would recommend and already have recommended to everyone even if they weren't looking for glass. From the sales rep and the service tech I had my window fixed in less than 24 hours and the most pleasant experience I have ever had. There Price way lower than there compedaters and the quality of work was great and better yet they come to you to do it.

They couldn't find the window I need and after telling me that they would call me to let me know what they found, or not, they didn't call me. I had to call them.

Someone hit my car and left no note. I was in shambles, nervous about who to bring my car to and the amount it would cost. I met with Ethan and worked around my schedule and helped me out immensely! I had my car back to me clean, fixed, and in WAY better condition than before! He kept me updated the whole time! I was even given a ride to my car from a shuttle service they offer! Like how amazing is that?! They had great communication, great service, and most importantly he and his crew did a great job! Thank you! Thank you!

Holy amazing!!! I had a minor part fall off at a car wash and these guys were sooo fast to get the parts and get it fixed! They were so efficient and worked with me having to drop off my car early! My car was clean and perfect when I got it!!! Amazing!!!! 100% recommend!!
